Harbor Freight Tools

Harbor Freight hasn't always been my favorite. Working in the automotive field coming from Matco and Snap-on. This year, I've decided to give the newer tool brand Icon a shot. Wow, I'm impressed so far. It's definitely best bang for your bucket with quality with the best warranty👌. I've been a regular there recently and explorer other tools brands they have to offer. Love the new store with so many more tools on display! David, the supervisor, always has unbiased and realistic answers to my questions. All their other employees are really great from my personal experience.

The checkout man was polite helpful courteous and well groomed the floor man was polite helpful and very understanding of my needs they have all the stuff I'd love to have and I bought a purchased a Pneumatic nailer compound miter saw fittings screws and bolts all the cool stuff

A nice, clean location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The store was pretty well stocked. It's Harbor Freight. Decent products at low prices.

New location is awesome! more spacious, more products, and more larger items on the sales floor this is what a Harbor Freight Tools store should be not like the prior smaller location.

Kyle and Ruben are exemplary employees and manager. I came into the store extremely displeased with an expensive tool breaking on me. They did everything in their power to assist me. Will be coming back to this store again for all my needs.

It is surprising how much you can find at Harbor Freight. Prices are cheap and some reasonable. I am not a professional but I have seen a large variety of tools which cover just about any kind of job. I am unable to list all tay carry but an online search is all you need. The staff is always helpful and courteous. There are always specials and coupons.

I went to Harbor Freight and opened a new credit card account. The girl at the registered was very nice and I bought two tool boxes. One is pre-order because of the size. I understand. I went and had them help load it in the back of my jeep rack. Took it home and love it . Just waiting for the other box that fit nicely in my garage. I alway enjoy Hemet Harbor freight.

I love Harbor Freight! Great gadgets & must have items you didn't know existed. You do kind of have to pick & choose certain products, but there are times when price trumps quality & if you're looking for an item you'll rarely use but need to have handy, I'd buy it here. They've stepped up their game on the quality of their power tools & their Predator generators are comparable to brands more than twice their cost. Their stores are well organized & items are easy to find. Employees are knowledgeable & helpful, with enough to find help easily when you need it, but not excess standing around with nothing much to do. Great store with awesome deals & sales!

I love going there, but still wish Western Auto was still here.

The majority of what I buy at the store is tarps they always have tarps and I always have a need for tarps so they are my go-to store. As far as the tools go I've purchased tools before but if you're looking for something that has longevity and is going to get used a lot this probably isn't the store for you. And a crunch their tools work for small projects but the quality is not that great although they do have a very good return policy

The associate that helped me was very nice and he went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I was looking for definitely not the horrible customer service you get at the big Box stores. I'm old school and for me customer service goes a long way and I was very impressed with him.

Great selections, friendly staff, good prices. Its a bit small but that makes it easier to find stuff.

That is the cleanest tool store I’ve ever been to. They have a tool for everything. And the prices are really good. It’s almost like going to Disneyland. It takes a whole day just to cover every aisle. I just love the store. All the workers are very helpful and answer your questions

Customer service was fast, considering the store was packed, they moved the lines quickly and efficiently and they took the time to look for items that was out of stock o. The floor

We recently moved here and my son couldnt say enough awesome things about David and his amazing help in the store today. My son is paralyzed and often times people run AWAY from offering help lol. David went above & beyond in assisting my son today. From making certain that the cashier double-bagged his items and all the way to offering him a hand in loading up his chainsaw that he purchased. The store looks amazing! The people are great, always friendly and helpful. Also, there are (finally - I used to work there..there wasn't then) enough employees on the floor and at the registers...awesome upgrades and improvements over the years! Keep up the good work! This location is a bit monumental for me, lol. It is the place that turned my life around. GREAT place to work! I loved every minute of it!

I love this store and they are always upgrading the tools they sell. I always get my money's worth even if they don't have some high priced tool name stamped on them. The tools have repeatedly done the job for me and are still in good shape for the next use. What more can you ask. I have never had a problem returning a defective item. Because that has only happened once or twice
