I always make sure to drop by when I visit my family and home from Colorado! The food is always amazing, super tasty & I love eating in their beautiful patio with the surrounding palm trees. I highly suggest trying their Brisket & Cheddar Texas Toast Sandwich!

Omg this place is different the smoked oxtails and brisket omg so flavorful then when you hit it with there spicy bbq sauce man o man. Their customer service was perfect anytime I needed anything fast and if there is a line it goes pretty quick. They’re getting the food out pretty fast I’m happy I live at least an hour away because if this was close, this would be once every two weeks I’m here, so definitely will be back.

Hands down the best BBQ I have ever eaten. This was, for me, a religious experience. If heaven exists, this is the food they serve. Ya sex is good, but this brisket.... I don't smoke and need a cigarette. I shed a tear when it was gone. The service and atmosphere is what you expect for a small place but I have the food 7 out of 5 stars so the other 2 made up for it.

Really kool spot to grab a bite... the BBQ is awesome. I had the cheddar and brisket sandwich very flavorful and just the right size with a glass of Tea hit the spot!

After seeing them post on YouTube I wanted to see if they lived up to the hype.
Not only did they live up to it they surpassed any expectations I had.

I got brisket the pastrami sandwich and the famous oxtails.

The brisket was top notch and I've eaten at a lot of real Texas bbq joints.

The pastrami sandwich was the best I've ever had!! Hands down. The sandwich was soooo meaty and the pastrami was juicy and melted in my mouth. I am a big dude and I couldn't finish it.

The oxtails were just as tender as they were in the videos I watched. I shook the oxtail and the meat fell off the bone. The fat had rendered oh so perfectly and created a super tender morsel of beef and smoky deliciousness that I will never forget.

This was one of the few places I've been to that lived up to the hype for me.

Wish I could've met Walter but the whole experience was worth me coming back!!

Best bbq in the U.S. hands down. They sell out regularly so arrive early. Oxtail and pastrami are amazing.

I love BBQ! I especially love it when it's done right and the service is exceptional and the atmosphere makes you want to hang around for a spell. Destination Smokehouse and Eatery hits a home run on all of these areas. I visited because I had seen many post of the pitmaster showcasing smoked oxtails. So the next time I was in Hemet working I stopped in. Well... This place is the real deal. Lots of delicious choices on the menu had my mouth watering. I finally created my own platter with smoked oxtails, smoked pastrami and smoked brisket. It was all fantastic! The oxtails that brought me in did not disappoint. They were tender and delicious as was the pastrami and the brisket. I also had the Mac n Cheese and thought I am a Mac n Cheese snob... Destination Smokehouse and Eatery has that down too! Not to mention the strawberry lemonade and delicious pickles. All that said, it is the service that will keep me coming back. Friendly welcoming greetings were flowing to everyone who entered and the owner greeted me by name because I left a comment on their Instagram page a week or so before saying I was coming by the next time in town. This place is a culinary delight! Get over there and tell them MCL sent ya!

Best BBQ the sandwiches are delicious, drink flavors are great. The sides on the other hand is a hit and miss sometimes the Mac and cheese is great sometimes it’s dry and not much flavor the coleslaw doesn’t usually have much flavor. On the other hand the desserts are also delicious must try them out definitely a place to check out for hemets best spot for some delicious smoked meats. I’d highly recommend the (brisket and cheddar ) and the (brisket grilled cheese panini) I don’t recommend as much the Philly sandwich just not all there I think it’s not bad but I’d just recommended to go with something else first then maybe try that one last. The strawberry dessert was delicious the waffles taste so good when they come out warm with the ice cream on top

The cheddar and brisket sandwich is flavorful and tender. It was grilled and served with a smattering of bbq sauce on the brisket. The Mac and cheese is creamy and good. I will return to try more on the menu.

If you weren't looking for it, you might miss it. Nestled in the old Hemet train stop, Destination Smokehouse whips up some solid brisket BBQ. No shortage of ice cream, strawberry sweetness & delicious waffle to wrap up the savory meal. Definitely worth the trip.

Finally, a barbeque restaurant that is true to the hype! You must go and try for yourself. Simply the BEST! Every meat choice is flavorful and tender 😋

Today, I visited Destination Smokehouse. I had the brisket tacos and some potato salad. This place doesn't miss. The brisket was succulent and delicious. Paired with some onion, cilantro, lime guacamole sauce, and some corn tortillas, it hit the spot. The potato salad needs a little work and a bit more taste / seasonings. Overall, it was delicious. Can't wait to come back for some more BBQ.

I had been planning on taking the long drive out to Hemet for a taste of their barbeque. I purchased a slab of ribs and 2lbs of oxtails. At 35.00 bucks a pound for the oxtails and 40.00 for the ribs I was thinking that it's a little expensive. Well I'm here to say it was well worth the money. The smoked oxtails fell off the bone and the ribs were cooked to perfection. I'm very impressed and highly recommend them.

Best BBQ in town! Highly recommend! Staff is professional and courteous and place is always nice and clean when we visit. All of the menu is great! My favorite would have to be the cheddar brisket on garlic toast 😋
Taco Tuesday with brisket & pork belly tacos. Both red (hot) and green(mild) salsas are great! They offer family platters that are sure to please a crowd! Don’t miss out on their daily specials!

I went in to try the street tacos on taco Tuesday and absolutely loved them! The restaurant itself is very clean and refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful as it was my first time there, I'm definitely hooked. I will be back.

There are a couple of places in town that do barbecue but this one does it the best. I passed by this place for years and always wondered what the food and atmosphere was like. I finally went in one day. The only regret I have is that I didn't go in sooner. The smoke flavor was alive and well in everything we ordered. It wasn't bland at all; typical of a lot of barbecue spots. There's a nice outdoor courtyard with a lot of trees, greenery, a fountain and plenty of seating. You won't regret coming in for a nice lunch!

Great, friendly customer service and the food was amazing. Outdoor patio area was perfect with space for the stroller. We will definitely be back again! I'll be needing more brisket tacos and their salsa in my life

Best BBQ anywhere near by far! Been following them on Instagram for awhile and finally made it out there. Excellent service and even the lemonade were bomb 💣 Location looks like a train station had to circle a few times until i stopped there.
