Eric Ramirez is the best!! I purchased a new phone a few days ago and came in to the office to have my info transferred to the new phone. I won't lie, when I walked in I wasn't in the best of moods but Eric managed to change that around quick with his humorous banter. While waiting for my data to transfer, Eric placed the screen protector perfectly! My last phone had a piece of lint under the screen protector for a year and it drove me crazy so this "little" service was a big deal to me.
He also walked me through how to configure a few things on my son's phone that I hadn't been able to figure out for months. Totally not his job to help me this but, Eric went above and beyond.
In this day and age, when the service skills of most are mediocre at best, it is an absolute pleasure to know that there are still some like Eric that have excellent work ethics and take pride in what they do. Thanks Eric!

Just recently was around the area, decided to stop by and check out the new iPhone. As soon as I walked in, I was greed. Throughout my visit everyone was extremely helpful informing me about the deals on the phone I was interested in and decided to finally treat myself with an upgrade. Amazing costumer service, and thank you to everyone in this location for making me feel welcomed and heard. Thank you!

Eric took care of me and replaced my screen protector on my phone. Great job, no air bubbles, no lint, no fingerprints underneath and no hair. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Bought the kids some Apple Watches with cellular for Christmas brought them in to help activate them. Their staff was quick to help and helped us right away. Grateful there’s a helpful store near my home.
