This Verizon store is absolutely amazing! We were dreading having to go in to upgrade our phones and switch providers. However, Ryan made this experience so smooth and fast. I couldn’t be more grateful to him and his knowledge!!!

This store is a 5/5. Even if you have another provider, switch over to Verizon just for the fact that you’ll have the best customer experience in this store than any other. Go in and ask for Ryan. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire transaction and made the process smooth and quick. Thank you Ryan for the help!!

I decided after a lot of thought to get a new phone and leave ATT. I found Victra, an authorized Verizon Dealer in Camarillo. Ryan was so helpful! He was able to find me a free phone and get me on an unlimited plan. He even transferred the info from my old Galaxy over to the new one. I am extremely happy with the service he provided and with the new phone. I would recommend this store to anyone thinking of joining Verizon!

The customer service representative, Tito was very knowledgeable about all aspects of phones and plans. He was friendly, professional, insightful and extremely helpful. We had a great experience.

We came in at 6:30 wanting an upgrade . Ran into some problems so we left a little bummed. Daisy called back an hour after closing and tells us to come back because she figured out a way to help us out. Daisy was genuine, caring, and efficient.
