Always fast, friendly service! Even if the lines are extra long in drive thru, they keep it moving pretty steady! Added bonus when you get messages on your cup lids 😊

It is your typical Dunkin, with good coffee. These guys get 5 stars gecause I was there to meet with someone. We talked longer than we had intended.The staff did not gripe, complain, or even throw us dirty looks. I appreciate polite manners and patience.

The people were in very and they tried to help me with the app but I couldn't get it to work their phone app need help but the people are totally awesome I would have loved to get a dart chocolate filled donut but they didn't have any it's kind of like a cream filled donut but with dark chocolate instead of cream filled I went on my birthday<3

This is my favorite dunkin to go to. I've been to others and the coffee and the doughnuts are the same but the people at this location are so kind! They're always trying their best and even when my coffee doesn't taste quite right, they happily fix it for me and are so nice about it!
Yeah sometimes they're out of my favorite doughnut or flavoring but I know that's literally not their fault.

Super quick drive thru service! Perfect iced coffee!! The food we ordered was piping hot!

The ladies quickly provided new cups of fresh coffee. We were not aware they were ready to close so the service was quick and much appreciated. They even gave us a gift card.

Great DD site!! The staff is very polite and the service excellent. My sandwiches were ready by the time I finished picking out donuts. Very clean as well, a young man was wiping everything down while I was in there. I highly recommend this DD store!!

I’m not the reviewer type, but good customer service needs to be shared. I go to this Dunkin everyday and not one time have I had an issue. Every single person that works there is super upbeat and friendly which sets you up for a good day. There have been one or two times where my order was messed up and the employees not only fixed my order and gave me my order free but then allowed me to keep the wrong order as well-keep up the great customer service Dillsburg dunkin :)

Loved their coffee. Dunkin serve freshly brewed coffee. They serve fast in drive through and they are maintaining the place very nice. They have outdoor dine in as well.the place was nice and peaceful. I prefer going to this location again and again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE - this is my favorite place to get Coffee and the Snackin Bacon is was underrated. They know me here, they know my order, and everyone is so so nice. I love coming here morning or evenings. All shifts are amazing.

Great location. Food was amazing. The service was super fast. The place was extremely clean and also very clean bathrooms. We had an amazing breakfast. I Totally recommend it.

We visit this location 2-3 times per week. Had a recent issue with their food and their response to this issue was amazing. Had a personal phone call from Matthew within a few hours. Coffee is always fantastic, one of the girls inside (she has a hand tattoo & darker hair & glasses I believe) shes an absolute sweetheart. Will be coming back to this location because of her excellent service!!

The morning staff is always helpful and quick to get your orders. Very friendly and always able to make suggestions if you are looking for something new to try. Best one I have been to.
