I'd give 10 stars if I could! Morgan did a phenomenal job of setting up my whole family with new phones. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find us the best plans and deals. She was patient, friendly, and fun. She is super-human in her ability to multi-task. Rumor has it she once beat Chuck Norris in an arm wrestling match. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our future Verizon needs, and neither should you. Thank you!

I stopped by yesterday morning and the door was locked. I did not realize the store opened at 10 and it was 9:50. So I just expected to wait out front for 10 minutes, but to my surprise Morgan saw me and came to let me in. I've delt with many people in customer service who would simply watch you wait out there until 10. Once inside she went right to work on my phone. I ended up leaving extremely satisfied. This was for my work phone, as I cannot justify paying exactly twice as much for the same plan or I would switch to Verizon for my personal phone as well.

I helped my aunt and uncle switch from prepaid to postpaid. That was where the chaos started, now both line was ringing when you call one of their number. I was on the phone with Verizon for nearly 4 hours, and the tech guy even advised us that changing one of the phone number will most likely fix the issues. It didn’t, instead one phone completely disconnected. He even told us that going to a physical location wouldn’t be helpful since they will need to call the Verizon tech support. I finally gave up. Went to the Dillsburg location and Morgan was able to fix it within 10 minutes. She was absolutely amazing and know exactly what she was doing. Recommend coming to this location if you need help.

Hayden R. helped me not only fix old overused phone, he hooked me up with an awesome new one that doesn’t die 5 minutes after being turned on or looked at. He also explained severe hundred features I didn’t even know the phone could do. Absolutely blown away by the customer service from this individual and I’d happily go higher then 5 stars it I could honestly.👏

Phenomenal experience. Morgan helped me to get a new phone as my old one was smashed by a ball joint c clamp press. There was no repairing it. She discussed my options to purchase, replace, trade in and upgrade options with my best case scenario. Her service was quick, efficient, and attentive. I observed her customer service with others and was impressed by her diligence and patience. She was multitasking with poise. Eventhough she could of used a second associate for the amount of traffic she was receiving, not once did she display frustration or seemed burdened. No situation was too big or too small for her to overcome. I went to this store location expecting a variety of avaliable products and I left not only with everything I needed, but with a higher appreciation for those who don't just do their job, but do it exceptionally well. Kudos Morgan. You deserve a raise!

After getting a whole new phone and transferring the SIM card, my cellular service wouldn’t work. I tried everything but couldn’t figure it out. Morgan had so many things to try and eventually solved it for me. It was a very positive experience and I will be going to her again with any other phone problems I have.

Nicole was knowledgeable, personable and professional. She explained each step of the process in detail including discounts and promotions. She even helped me choose an unlimited plan that lowered my monthly bill by $20! I originally went in to buy a new phone for my husband and she was so helpful with that purchase that I went back in a few hours later with my son to take advantage of the promotion and upgrade his phone. She provided excellent service resulting in a very good experience with the purchase of both phones.

Both my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chase. From start to finish he made the entire process painless and, believe it or not, enjoyable! My mother was looking for a new phone and we stopped in to look at the availability and to see what was new. Nikki met with us and showed my mom the phones that worked best for her. She explained the different phones and their options and capabilities and was very patient with my non-tech mother. When it's time for me to get a phone or anyone in my family we are definitely stopping in to see Nikki. She was great.
