I went in last Saturday 10/9 and I inquired with one of the Reps there named Nick and he was very informative and had an ideal knowledge of the issues I needed help with and definitely pointed me in the right direction on what phone to get. Very happy there is finally a cricket wireless store in wake forest.

Straight from entry into the store I received the best customer service from andrew and nick! They were not pushy at all and gave me the most respect by trying to actually fit my needs. Im very satisfied with my experience. With that all being said, what won me over is the way they answered questions and didnt make me feel bad for not knowing anything! So respectful and patient! Best spot for seniors AND young people alike!

Nick was absolutely fantastic!! We went in with a simple question and he went above and beyond. He answered our question, but more importantly, he fixed problems created by another cricket employee at a different store. He was able to get nearly $100 refunded, while still adding new services to our account. He’s a perfect respresentation of what any retail employee should be. Ten billion stars to you Nick!
