First of all I don't appreciate being looked at all crazy like I'm a criminal. Second of all I was over charged but they don't have to worry about me coming there anymore

I been coming to this 711 for years every time I walk I hear this same cashier arguing with different customers all the time well today was my day I walk in with my 6 year old and he started screaming at me no service for you because you broke the machine at this point I was lost. So on Saturday I went to go pay for gas and the card reader was not taking my payment so obviously the card reader was not working then so I left n pump gas somewhere else which it did take my payment at shell I go back today 8/15 to buy chips n he started yelling like a crazy person to me n my daughter it’s the shorty fat Indian/Indu guy

I was purchasing items I asked him for any kind lighter and he was literally talking on phone being so busy that he has no clue what I was saying.
I told him get of the phone buddy and pay attention to customers. He said F--u and refuse to serve me.
I'm a ex 7-11 Franchisee and I assure if this was my employee he wouldn't have a job.
In 7-11 we always said customer is always right and respect everyone.

Terrible service. I stopped to get a slurpee for the commute home. They were out of the lids for the large slurpee cup. I notified the cashier and was told to use a regular lid. I then proceeded to dispense the coca-cola flavor and the machine wasn't dispensing it properly. It looks like I will have to try another location. The cashier did not seem to care.

Stopped by last night to buy a 6 pack of beer. I asked the cashier if they accept android pay, and he acknowledged my question by saying sometimes it works. I decided to just use cash instead, and the cashier rang out an android charger with the beer. I told him I did not want the charger, however, I did not see him void out the charge. I paid him and asked for a receipt, at which point he started scrambling and used a different register to get "my receipt". He then said that the registers were giving different prices, and gave me a dollar back and took the next customer. I will not be returning to this establishment, if the need ever arises and I am in the area, I rather just drive an extra half mile to the next gas station and save myself the hassel.

I paid for a 10$ lotto ticket and after I decided to change my first option for a different ticket , the cashier said he couldn't change it becouse he had already scanned it, so i just asked for my money back. Last time I come to this 7-11

Very bad service with the Spanish employees they just don’t know how to talk to customers not only with me but I have seen with others as well. Very rude and disrespectful telling me do whatever you want and get the hell out of here that’s some of the Spanish female employee comments. I’m a regular customer but after today’s incident I will never go back or recommend anyone else to go at this location

Went inside store to use restroom, the person working said they don't allow homeless people to use restroom. That I Need to go somewhere else
