Always excellent service here! And great birdseeds, feeders, suets, and lots of fun gift items. The customer before me was very challenging, yet the employee remained patient and pleasant the whole time.

Best Place to buy the perfect food for my little friends who I enjoy watching every day. They bring pleasure to me from the Fat Doves always eating, to the Feisty Golden and Red Finches that eat lots for their size. My feeders are always covered with them. They almost glow they are so bright. The Juncos are always cruising on the ground looking for pieces left behind by the others, they blend in with all the different kinds of birds and are not intimidated because of their small size. Just hop in and eat with the best of the others. The blackbirds even bring me joy their can be up to 100 at a time when they come in.
Then I have 3 Red Headed Woodpeckers that are pigs when it comes to eating that easy free meal.
A few times a week I have a big Sparrow Hawk I think he is just flying through looking to eat one of my little guys like it was Burger King. I guess we would call it survival of the fittest.
For the best Knowledge and always what you want on the shelf when you want it, check this place out. Great amount of stock on the shelves and so many things to choose from. Thank You.

Incredibly fast shipping and handling. I live about 185 miles away from the Medford store, and have shopped online with them about half a dozen times. They get the order out the door unbelievably fast--like same day or next day. I usually buy enough to get the free shipping, and it comes FedEx to my door within days. Would highly recommend!

The store is clean, bright, and welcoming. Wild Birds Unlimited specializes in backyard bird feeding and carries a variety of seed blends as well as suet. Helpful staff will carry purchases out to your car. You'll also find binoculars, yard art, and gift items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about feeding birds and always ready to answer questions. The shop also offers Nature Walks once a month and gatherings at the store to chat about wild birds. Everything you need for the birdfeeding hobby is here. Parking can be found right in front of the store. There's not a handicapped ramp right by the store, you have to go a little ways down the parking lot to find one.

The staff was very knowledgeable in matters of mourning doves. They answered all my questions and some questions I didn't ask. I feel more comfortable about helping the dove that has nested 3 feet from my front door. I look forward to asking more questions as the eggs hatch.

Loved the chain of WBU back in IL, and this location is just as great. Not only do they have almost anything you could possibly want or need to know, if they don't, they'll get it, find out about it, or direct you to others who can and do. Super friendly & helpful staff. Can't wait for Covid to end so I can join them on a birding excursion.
