AT&T Store

Back on 01/21/2024, I accompanied my mom to this AT&T store to purchase a higher-level I-Phone. It was there that I met the two associates, Jamal Johnson and Ztevion LeBlanc. Jamal examined my mom’s phone, confirmed that it was still working extremely well, and informed her that she didn’t need a new phone. In other words, he didn’t want to sell her on something she truly didn’t need. I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED at this level of integrity. (I would also like to point out that Ztevion seems to be someone who is “still learning the ropes” from Jamal, but I was nonetheless EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with his attitude and level of agreement with Jamal’s thought process and approach on this issue.) Finally, I would like to inform anybody and everybody that if you need a new phone, you should ignore all the other competition and sales consultants out there and march right into this store and work with Jamal and Ztevion. These 2 individuals are just…flat out…GREAT MEN!!! Thank you, Jamal and Ztevion, and May God Bless you both Way Too Much!!! Sincerely, Buz Gesser

Went there today for a replacement phone for my wife. Her battery was swelling and pushing the screen off of the phone. Two guys working, we got the manager, he told us we would have to call for insurance claim or he could sell us a phone (managers get paid off of sales). He told us to take a seat. When he called us up he took a phone call and walked to the back. Luckily, another employee, not a manager, walked in. Shout out Jalen, helped us file a claim and phone will be here tomorrow. That’s simple, but manager made it seem so difficult. Why are we paying worse people more than good people? Get this man a raise and promotion. That is the people that make a company better corporate!

*Side note never saw the manager, ALEX, again. He left us there…?

Ztevion, he helped me throughout the process I didn't wait long at all he answered all my questions and I walked out happy he's amazing and also great with kids 🫶🏼🥰

Alaina was great and one of few honest ones. Others will lie to make a sale and she didn't do that. Thanks again for helping me.

Stopped by a week ago to replace an old phone and am beyond satisfied with my service. I was met with a few familiar and very helpful new faces as well. Ms. Marisa was a delight to meet & gave me an exceptional service experience you don’t get often. 10/10 visit, I can’t express it enough!

We were helped my sales consultant Cierra Gilbert and were very pleased with her service. Cierra worked very diligently to fix our problem. She also went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. She gave our son paper to draw on and was exceedingly kind to us. Cierra is personable, warm, and helpful. Our issue was complicated and took quite a while to resolve but she worked tirelessly to make sure everything worked out. Cierra turned a frustrating and time consuming experience as pleasant as it could have been. She is an asset to the company!

My experience at the At&T location in New Iberia, LA was a great! Erline Hernandez was very professional, patient, and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was Str8 before leaving the store. GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Devin !… The Assistant Manager of the AT&T Store in NewIberia La … I came in with major issues from another store from Morgan City La . Not only was Devin understanding, He absolutely Hands Down Worked over 4 hrs callling Customer Service & Using his actual Store manager to assist him in not only resolving my issues but also was able to fix my bill to the appropriate rate !…
He found that the other store from Morgan city attained 3 lines instead of 2 !… He work so hard & Resolved problems that Myself calling Customer service couldn’t resolve … Devin assured me peace of mind & showed me that there are absolutely still great Employees out there willing to do there jobs & go above and beyond for his customer & his Employer!… AT&T You Def Are Better having Devin on your Team !… He kept me from leaving and going to Verizon … Thank You Devin !… I could not have asked for a Better Rep !… You are Above & Beyond !.. Thank You for your kindness & Understanding …
