Ice maker went down no power wouldn’t make ice or any noise
I looked for repairman in New Iberia area. Came across Isaac’s Afforable service. Isaac came out the following afternoon diagnose the problem and informed me he would order the part. Checked with Isaac yesterday afternoon just wondering if the part came in. Isaac came out on Friday afternoon got the ice maker running in no time. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!! Mr. Isaac with Affordable Services provided amazing customer service! He is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help our family solve our appliance issue. He treated us with so much respect and humility, and we will be forever grateful for being blessed with his help. It is almost impossible in this day and age to experience service in the way it used to be years ago, when people were treated and served in the way that they would want to be served. However Mr. Isaac did just that! Despite the fact that it was Christmas Eve, he came to help our family with our appliance “crisis”, humbly leaving his own family to help another…truly a blessing. And it didn’t stop there…he continued to check in with us! For anyone in need of an expert with appliances, I urge you to select him to help fix your issues. Mr. Issac performed a great job, he changed my daughter's heating element on her dryer. He was very professional and I would recommend that if you need that type of work done, he is your man. Thank You Mr. Issac I was very satisfied.

Isaac was very helpful and informative! He explained everything he did in detail and was very honest with the actual condition and needs of my appliances and did not try to sell me on things that were not needed. He was very thorough and looked over my whole system telling me the shape it was in. Very honest, trustworthy and professional! I will continue to use Isaac for my appliance needs and recommend him to others!

I explained the problem and within a few hours everything was back working even better than before. Even through an unplanned power outage, the work was performed prompltly and with expertise. Can't thank you enough!

Two years ago in the spring I went to turn on my A/C and it didn't work. I called 4 different companies to figure it out. I got two high estimate one outrageous estimate and one reasonable estimate from Isaac. He fixed the problem and stayed and made sure the pressures were just right. My 5 year old A/C was working better than when it was first installed. Then last week I was bushwhacking and I cut my copper line and lost all my freon. I called Isaac and he could not make it right away. Another company gave me an estimate of an arm for the labor and a leg for the freon. I waited for Isaac and he stayed and adjusted the pressures until everything was working as well as it was before. He was worth the wait and less than half the cost. I believe that he actually takes pride in his work and he cares about the work that he does.

I really loved Isaac's Affordable Services. I would recommend him to my family and friends. He did a very awesome job. He came out after hours and finished the job until it was completed. He was very informative and helpful. I would give him 5 stars. I will definitely be calling him again.

I had an issue with my washer. Called several people in the area but Isaac’s Affordable was the only one that returned my call. He had me explain the issue then made calls to price my part if it could not be reused..He was honest and advised it may not be worth spending the money to fix it. He did however explain what needed to be done to fix it if I wanted to try it myself to save myself some money and advised that if I could not he would come and do the job if needed. I ended up fixing it myself but he was very professional and didn’t try to rip me off at all. Real nice guy to do business with. I highly recommend him.

I was having trouble with my Refrigerator and called Isaac he came out and looked at it and Figured out right away what was wrong with it And had it fixed right away. Next time I have a problem I will surely be calling him back.

We had a great experience with this company and it is worth taking the time to review. Issac was kind, accommodating, and efficient. He came to replace the heating unit in our shop, and he was amazing. I was in need of a/an electrician at my home. I contacted Isaac's Affordable Services through a mutual co-worker. Its the best decision my husband and I have made. He answered all questions and concerns. He was prompt and efficient in resolving the issue. All of the work he did was very very affordable. We look forward too working with him again real soon.
