Norris Shoes

I was pleasantly surprised to find Norris specializes in New Balance running shoes (the only brand they carry). I have a wide foot and they had the perfect high quality running shoe for me. Great customer service and I have now found a new favorite shoe store. Also a good work shoe selection.

History buffs will be happy to know Norris has been a shoe store with the same name in this building since 1909 and was in a wooden building on the same site since 1894. Wow.

After a few years of not wearing dress shoes regularly, I found that my size went up 1/2 size so I needed to replace several pairs of shoes. Dale has been a real pleasure to work with. I've bought a couple of pairs of shoes off the shelf and special ordered 2 pair. I couldn't be happier. Great service, local expertise and good prices.

Purchased a pair of whites here in 2017, they measured my feet for me and ordered them and they fit great. I went back in November 2021 for a second pair of whites and they still had all my information in the system and were able to just change the leather type and place the order, it was very convenient. Also helped me find some cheaper work boots.

My son and I recently went shopping to find quality work boots for his job. We received great customer service from Kristen who took a lot of time to fit his narrow foot and to explain how a proper fit should feel. She was extremely knowledgable about shoe fitting. Another great reason to shop locally!

I bought a pair of Chinese Red Wings that did not fit well. I live about an hour and a half from Medford, so I don't go there often. I returned about two months later with my ill fitting boots, which was beyond Red Wings replacement provisions, but they returned them and gave full credit towards a pair that we ordered from Red Wing (American-made). There are few retailers who would do that.

Incredible customer service. I took my 88 year old friend to get a pair of dress shoes here and she went through about 10-15 different kinds of shoes with out any attitude about it, and then zeroed in on the perfect fit for his foot. Old fashioned quality customer service and good products!

I have bad arches and narrow feet. The great staff showed me a pair of New Balance with great stability. My calves don't ache anymore!!

Got two pairs of shoes. Best time, Best Fit, World was so helpful and took time to explain about the difference in the shoes I was trying on. Great personality and knowledgeable about the different shoes. Good salesmenship. I will definitely be back.

Very knowledgeable staff started with a phone call the day before to check on sizes, got there the next day and he had the shoe's ready to try on, I am very happy with my purchase and have bought red wing boots from Norris shoes year's earlier.

Great shoes and super helpful staff. Lots of high end New Balance running shoes the you can't get anywhere else in Medford. High end work boots and dress shoes. I recommend that you check them out if you want good shoes that will last for many years.

I have been all over town looking for shoes that would meet work dress code and would help with my plantar facsietis. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and got me exactly what I was looking for. She listened to my concerns and showed me shoes that offered support where I needed it. I was very impressed and will be back again, thanks!

Customer service is excellent. Found out I needed a larger shoe size than I thought and got a pair of boots that fit perfectly in under 20min.

I recommend you to go to this store I went there while I was visiting my aunt and bought me a pair of shoes they were very helpful and friendly and took his time to help me and didn't rush me and answered my questions and even sat and took his time with me and helped me pick a pair of shoe's he answered all off my questions he was very helpful I would go back if I have too I'm planning on going back in the future, great store

Bad ankle lately and within time of trying on a few and buying 2 pairs I'm doing much better excellent assistants open earlier than anyone else plus shoe repairs available
