AT&T Store

The whole store has a great environment to it. The security is kind and greets everyone who enters and exits the store and even opens the door for you! Celeste is very professional and makes sure everyone is well taken care of when it gets busy. Thank you I look forward to coming again. I love the service at this location. Highly recommend for those who appreciate great customer service 😊

M was the store rep that helped me out. She's very good at her craft. She made it easy for me transitioning to a new phone. Not to mention her customer service skills was, if not, the best in that store. She deserves a raise and then some!

Liseth gave us great customer service and was very nice and patient. She helped us purchase two Apple products and upgrade one. She answered all of our questions thoroughly to help us get the best rates possible. Great consultant overall!!

Went in for an upgrade. Jonathan, from the Compton location, was very prompt at greeting me as soon as I walked in the door. He listened to my needs and helped guide me to the best options to fit what I was looking for. He was very patient and walked me through the process. I was in the over an hour but it felt like a few minutes because of the great service I received. Awesome customer service skills. I am sure all the customers he interacts with say the same thing. Will definitely be referring friends and family to him.

Paulette has excellent Customer Service. I came in because my Samsung Watch died on me. She helped me get a new Watch and advised me on a few other things on my account. Keep up the good work!

Paulette was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and plans. When she was not for sure she was able to ask her manager Kyle where he stepped in to fully assist Paulette to make her more knowledgeable. They both provided excellent service and very friendly. I will highly recommend working with them both again and recommend the Compton location.

I was helped by I believe her name was Evelyn and she was amazing, she made us feel like we are family and really tried her best to help our needs. She interacted with my son very well. This store is lucky to have a great hardworking lady such as her self. She is a great asset to your team! We will definitely be coming back to her for any future needs.

Very well managed and trained staff here. All the associates here know what’s they are talking about as far as any services and items you would need. At no time did I feel the need to refer to others as all the info is laid out very plainly. High marks for the entire store and it’s layout. Very good experience and another reason why I continue to do business here.

Omg so me and my friend went to buy some chargers yesterday at the AT&T store on Alameda blvd in Compton on 4/6/2022. We were greeted by this super sweet and very helpful young lady. She made our shopping experience memorable and we will definitely stop by again.. I totally forgot to ask her for her name, But I do remember her saying she gets her nails done in either south central or Huntington Park.
