I always come here to buy essentials and tiny groceries. Fruits, veggies, and other groceries are really good. I have been buying things for 2 years from this store.

They have raised their prices but it is a pandemic so I guess that makes sense. I have been shopping here since 98 and you can always get pretty good quality food here for a reasonable price. And if you notice something spoiled/expired if you tell them they quickly remove it. I've never had any issues. Staff is always nice and friendly too.

During the Covid Pandemic, This store was early in its adoption of precautions. Their staff was masked, used gloves, and as time went on they put in improvements like particulate guards and clear signage and markings to outline 6 foot distances, and enforcement of masks. This, plus keeping stock of essentials that ran out at other stores like Toilet Paper, Flour, Yeast, etc, plus their usual excellent produce, service and prices, marks the store as one of the best places I shop at in the neighborhood. Their care and attention to detail will always ensure my continued business.

Been shopping here for decade. Has good produce and meats at excellent prices. Lots of shelf items for the Edgewater mix of peoples too. Not everything a supermarket has, but close.

Great customer service. Fresh selections of fruits and veggies. Even some specialty foods for different cultures. Everyone's safe and wear a masks.

So much packed into such a small space and it's tidy. Even had Tylenol PM which wasn't overpriced like so many other smaller places. A bodega at Bryn Mawr.

Love them, during these rough times that we going thru, on a fixed income and really live alone this is the best place to shop, be surprised how far 25.00 dollars could take you

Nice selection of weird food from other countries like lamb spare ribs, pita from Lebanon, and a small but decent fruit stand.

Great place to shop in your neighborhood especially if you're not trying travel far to go elsewhere

It has the essentials that I need. The produce is generally ok if you eat in on the day of. Friendly staff.

This place has everything! If you don't have time to run to jewel or whole foods, you can swing by this place and they likely have what you need.
