Scott changed my screen protector yesterday in between helping his long list of customers. I expected to wait a while due to the line ahead of me, but due to the ease of my task, he took my phone and did it while helping other customers simultaneously. FAR exceeded my expectations, as this location always does. So convenient due to the close proximity to my office. This is my go-to T-Mobile location for sure.

I walked in and was greeted by Ali. I asked top open a new line for a MiFi internet.

I can tell he was new, but that did not stop him from rendering great customer service. When he didn’t know the answers, he asked his coworkers, and all of his teammates were very helpful.

Whatever T-Mobile is doing to build a good team and teaching new workers, keep it up.

Tommy was great in assisting me in trading my old iPhone for the new iPhone 13. Straight to the point and not pushing his agenda on me with the non sense of opening up another line like other sales people would. My mans got me what I wanted and we kept it moving.

Good service, the guy who helped me was very efficient.

Awesome customer service. I came 30 min before they close, simply to change sim card for my new phone, but ended up with much better plan Family 55+ which reduce my current plan better than my daughter's Microsoft discount. It took the whole hour to finish the process and update everything, I was the only person in the store, but all guys were so polite and patient. Sales person Khung is the best! I was very pleased with his professionalism and very friendly manner to do the business. It was also much fun!

The young man who helped me, by the name of Rae, was extremely helpful.
Rae was very competent and exhibited an amount of self confidence rarely experienced in customer service personnel these days.
Thank you for his efficient service and kindness.
I was very comfortable purchasing a new phone from him today.

The staff in the store are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I like the atmosphere in the store. Got a "team greeting" immediately upon entry. Love the fun they have there. Special shout out to Thomas, highly recommend you work with him.

One of my best phone buying experiences. Raj was extremely knowledgeable about the phones and not a pushy salesperson. He was very patient and helpful. Only downside is the parking is a bit tight.

Well well well what can I say about T-Mobile store on Rainier and S 3rd Pl.. I don't go to any other store but this store to take care of my concerns/needs about my service. The reason why is because every time I come into the store. They treat me like family. The manager Jihoon (aka G) is an excellent manager and he support his staff and his customers. He and his staff go over and Beyond to take care of me and others. Which I have seen with my own eyes. It's a beautiful thing and I'm proud to be a T-Mobile customer. Keep up the great work my T-Mobile family.

I came in to pick up a warranty exchange, were very helpful throughout the process of transferring my information. Was greeted by everyone when i came in, made me feel welcomed. Jorge and manager Ricky were knowledgeable and made the experience a fun one.

Went into this T-Mobile and Tan and Manager Ricky helped me and my father open a new line onto our existing business line. It was pretty quick and they helped make our visit easier. Tan also put a new tempered glass onto my iPhone and it turned out perfect. Thanks Tan and Ricky!! :-)
