Kind staffs, warm & cozy place. Furthermore great price. Most of workers have excellent color and style matching skills for customers. I like this place and I will visit again when I need new clothing.

Golf clothing are great quality, however, if you are larger in size they do not offer a wide selection. Anything over XLarge or 36 waist might be disappointed.

Hate to say this but if you’re not the right Asian going into this store, you’re going to get terrible customer service. No hi just a glance and a little smirk of nope you’re not going to spend much or buy anything.

How is it that they can have their noses so high in the air. I wonder when it rains does their brains fill up with water.

I saw a white couple go in and they got the smiles how can I take your money help questioning.

Horrible service with very disrespectful employees.

I’m coming from Long Island where I’m used to high quality service.
I received a hat from this store from my sister who is a regular customer here. My sister did not receive a gift receipt because they didn’t want to provide it to her (red flag)

The next day I came in to exchange for a different hat that was more expensive that I was willing to pay for. I didn’t have the gift receipt obviously while tags were all still on and never worn. The manager was so rude and wanted the receipt only without even trying to see what we can do instead.
As a leader of that store, customer service and being flexible is key. She had no leadership skills and even the employees were so ill trained.
While shopping for a different item, the employees kept staring at my husband and I…not even asking if we need help.
This is a very LOW class store…never again as I’ll be telling my friends and sister to never go back.

After the holidays I plan to speak to the owner as to understand how the service of this store functions as I’ve never received such horrible low class service before.

To put this review simply:
Staff’s attitude depends on if you are planning to buy a lot vs browse.
Even if you buy a few things they will judge you openly(verbally/facial attitude) when it doesn’t match their standards.
It’s sad how people still act this way.
If you have such an uncontrollable urge to judge others, at least do so outside of professional settings.

다시는,절대로 가고 싶지 않은 매장이다.
7시 폐점 시간 임박 해서 불이 켜져 있기에 문을 열고 들어 갔는데 주인인지 하는 남자가 “썪 나가세요!!!”한다.
억양은 ‘썪 꺼지세요’ 수준 이었다.
“영업 시간이 끝났으니 내일 다시 오시면 안될까요?”라고 정중하게 말하는 것이 손님을 대하는 기본 에티켓 아닌가요?
이런 수모는 내 평생 차음이라 그 다음 날 또, 그 다음 날도 불쾌 했다.이 수모는 많은 사람들과 두고 두고 공유할 것이다.
다들 힘든 시기에 찾아 와 주시는 손님 하나 하나가 얼마나 귀하고 감사한지 깨닫지 못하는 이런 주인이 있다는게 그저 놀라울 따름이다.
