Vanessa was incredibly helpful and was able to set my wife and me up with phones, checking in on us frequently and helping with any technical issues. She was transparent about being the only employee on staff, and even though she was very busy, she still checked in on us multiple times while we waited to be helped.

When I got a refurbished S21 Ultra I took it to US Cellular to have everything transferred from my old phone to the new one. Vanesa was extremely helpful, and in no time my phone was ready to use. A couple of weeks later I saw that my voice mail wasn't working. Vanesa had so much patience as she worked with tech support to resolve the issue. She's always so friendly and helpful.

Nobody was there when it was supposed to be open so went to another location. The workers at the other place told us that Vanessa tells people to leave good reviews to make the place look better. You’re better off going somewhere else.

We made it at 4:45pm on a Saturday said they closed at 5pm the lady told us she couldn’t help us because she had something to do. Sad

My wife works in the same strip mall as this US Cellular store. Recently, she dropped her phone and the screen shattered, so she said she'd stop at the US Cellular by her work to check out new phones. She tried to go twice on the same day--once on her break around 11am and once when she got off work around 2pm--BOTH times she encountered a locked door with an 'at lunch' sign in the window. She went back the next day when she got off work, which was a bit later than the previous day, about 3pm...the door was locked again, but there was no sign this time. She said she called the store a few times but no one answered. She waited outside for about 10 minutes and then left. Side note: she did get a new phone that second day...just not here lol

Stopped Multiple times in one day 5/3/23 lunch must be served all day at this location 🤷‍♀🤦‍♀

I’ve been here twice now since this location has opened and customer service was awful both times. The employees did not even attempt to help me and suggested I try another uscellular store for help
