Nothing wrong with this place. Great people and service, nothing special to write home about though. Place is usually always stocked and looks nice.

I love this place because they offer inexpensive entry through pro level tools with a great return policy at a brick and mortar location. Really keep an eye out for deals/coupons. For me, the two-year membership paid for itself within 9 months. Even so, I highly recommend shopping around to find things cheaper and/or of better quality elsewhere. While there are so many things here that provide an unparalleled value for money, your best bet is developing a deeper understanding of how tools and consumables are made so you can make informed decisions. A lot of people have extreme negative feelings about this place, which in most cases seem informed by outdated adages. I think if you know what you're doing, you can make the best of what they offer. I'm coming at this from three modes of usage: as a homeowner, as someone doing more of my own car repair, and as someone who builds stuff for fun. All the power tools I've purchased here have been pretty low-end in terms of price and features, but all are still working great except for the first one I purchased (which initially put me off). I thought about returning it but decided it would be of more value to me to figure out how to fix it myself. In any case, their more expensive tools are often just as good as the most reputable name brands and in some cases better. The whole "buy once cry once" thing is great in theory, but name brands fail too, so if it's not backed by a warranty and good customer service you're SOL anyway. If you're just starting out / learning with tools, it's better in my experience to get the cheapest (safe) tool possible, learn its ins and outs and what features you want or need. Then spend the extra money on a better version if necessary. That way you've always got a beater that you know how to get the most out of if/when your fancy one fails.

Love browsing this store, always find cool things on top of what I'm looking for. One thing I always do is check out the reviews before purchasing certain items here, they always let you know the good vs the bad when purchasing off brand cheaper products. I've bought things here that held up as well as the expensive name brands but also got a few things that were junk, that's why I always look at reviews now.

Awesome people that work there. Always a warm greeting and they ask if you need any assistance! Great place for those pieces you're not going to use a ton however that statement only applies to about half the selection. Great work keep it up.

One of the very last Man's store! Handy Women like it to. Just about every tool you'll want or need for much less than the other big box stores. Not all of these items are the best as some of the bigger names like Craftsman or Milwaukee tools but they not to bad either.
Most of the time you will save money shopping here. And they donate a lot of money every year to high schools with shop classes to help schools fund projects to teach kids hands on jobs like they did back in the 80s before they cut a lot of schools budgets.

One of the best home improvement shops to go to for all types of tools at a bargain price. Friendly employees that are very helpful. I even bought a key knife for my keychain that was only a dollar.

My son purchased a generator which he later experienced health issues and unable to use the product. Dave the mgr was extremely nice and was able to refund the amount. It was very much appreciated because a in store credit was not useful at this time. My son is now disabled. Thanks to Dave and Harbor Freight for making purchases and refunds in todays business environment less stressful. Thanks again and wish Dave the mgr continued success!

Great store as well as workers there!! Danny and Ryan helped me out with a problem I was having with my Angle Grinder that I bought some years ago, was not working up to snuff like it was, which I use this tool a lot! Took it into the store to be checked out by Danny, and he exchanged it for me to a similar newer model, no questions asked! One of my Best stores for all my tool needs, as well as low prices, and tools that last in all these years I've been going there. Thank You guys and Thanks Harbor Freight!

Reasonable price, all right quality

Always, but always, a difficult place to visit... JUST TOO MUCH STUFF THAT I'M SURE I'LL NEED! Harbor Freight is the place to go to get those "I'll only need it a few times" tools or supplies. While they don't carry "pro" level tools (DeWalt, Porter Cable, Milwaukee), they do have a couple of different lines. Depending on your project, you should be able to outfit yourself properly for a more than reasonable price. We'll worth a visit!

The guys working there were very friendly and knew exactly where to send me when I told them what I was looking for. Can't rate the store on the quality of the tools. These tools have their place and use. Good store here. Would go out of my way to visit this one.

I have not been to this Harbor Freight in a while and I really like the new store layout. It feels like the isles have more room and it's a lot brighter in the store. I took advantage of the special 25% off coupon and bought a 3/8-1/2" impact socket set. The clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very inexpensive tools. Alot of the tools here are way better than people say. I have bought tons of tools from HF and NEVER had anything fail me. Best advice I can give is to ignore everyone else opinions and try it for yourself. Great store!!!
