After several instances of other pharmacies struggling to meet my needs as a result of administrative situations or overall lack in systems. I visited this Hyatt and let me just say the experience was exceptional. I have many medications I need and take in order to live and I feel the staff at this location was very attentive and caring and went above and beyond to help ensure my medications were available as I needed and were able to efficiently and effectively navigate any problems along the way. I really appreciated the patient care model they focus on!

Hayat Pharmacy is a independent pharmacy which started small and has grown significantly in the Milwaukee area. We have three locations close to our home and found that they were very helpful and patient when some of the large, chain pharmacies were having many supply issues with some of my medications. Hayat was able to order them and tell me it would be in tomorrow, other pharmacies just said, "Sorry, it's on order, I don't know when it will be in." That is very frustrating and a person should be able to access their medication when it's due, not two weeks later. So, the staff is professional, stores are clean and some are open 7 days a week and they also deliver! Hayat is my new pharmacy....plus many big chains significantly reduced the rewards they once offered for "Fill 10 prescriptions, get $5 in Rewards" type deals are now capped at $50 a year.

I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Hama for her excellent service. She is consistently helpful, and I always appreciate being assisted by her. Thank you.

Easily the friendliest pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. Today Kal was accommodating and patient and hooked me up with a free take home COVID test to boot. As someone who works with non-English speakers in my job I also appreciate Hayat’s willingness to use interpretation services with their clients when the need arises. They give great care to the whole community!

I love the people who work for Hyatt Pharmacy. I have always had a great Customer experience with this Pharmacy. I have taken all of my Corona Virus shots through this location on 8th and Layton. Kristi has been most helpful and he is doing such a Wonderful Job. He treats people with great respect. Mara a truly wonderful nurse has been so very kind, and helpful and understanding while visiting me to provide the booster shots. These people as well as the pharmacy staff are a service to all of mankind.

I’ve been so impressed with the level of service Hashim and all the staff have given me in helping me find a prescription that’s dealing with a supply shortage . The attention to detail and follow up is amazing. I’m traveling an extra 30 minutes to use their services. So much better than the big box pharmacies. Highly recommend.

One of the best pharmacies around the whole Milwaukee area. Great staff and very friendly as well as being knowledgeable about medications. Overall they exceeded all expectations that I had.Sara was great and also very professional on helping out. She answered all my questions Every time that I would call here any ask about my medications they would always be on top of it. I’m so amazed how they operate here. The testing experience was great and had amazing staff. The line moved quickly and everyone was very efficient. Sonya and Nick were very helpful and engaging. They were both extremely friendly and organized and knew what they were doing. Great service!
