Jack in the Box

Stopped in after work and was able to get our order placed quickly. The food was made fast and to the request. Soda machine worked and the fries were hot. Overall experience was good. I will return.

I love the night crew here! I always like coming here because the crew are always professional, super nice and they aren't stingy with giving out the sauces. I usually order a LOT of chicken nuggets for all of my kids (Usually around 50 chicken nuggets) and they always make sure to ask me which sauces I want and they organize everything really well in the bags: chicken nuggets in one bag; fries in the other bag; salad in the other bag and, lastly, tacos with a ton of sauce packets in the last bag. 1 thing I did notice...the side salads have shrunk. I can tell because I used to be able to put a whole packet of ranch on and it was perfect. Tonight I put on the ranch and it was too much. And just looking you could tell the salad was smaller. So salad was a bit small AND my tacos were soggy with oil! This is a common problem at a LOT of Jack in the Boxes. I had to go back in with 4 tacos and have them re-made because they were too soggy. The guy behind the counter was cool about it. I've seen another woman at this same location have her tacos also re-made for the same issue. So, just an fyi, don't leave them in the fryer so long!

Other than the issue with the salad size and tacos being soggy I have no issues with this place and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We didn't go inside but the drive-thru people were very nice the food was absolutely delicious the only problem I had is I ordered regular fries and they gave me curly fries but that's nothing compared to how good the burger was

This place serves one of the best breakfast around. Anywhere that has all you can eat bacon gets 5 stars from me

Went through the drive thru and was good and quick. The food was tasty.

The lady on the night shift on 08/09/2023 offered fast and friendly customer service. She didn't give me bogus hours that they are unavailable to serve. She looked like she was working hard and if there was anyone in the grill, the team at this location knows what's up. Thank you guys.

New person working there, sweetest girl named Sophie, first time the foods been actually good at this location in years. Hire that girl on as a manager, pay her a lot and don't let her go. Went from a 1/10 to a 12/10 easily in one visit. Will definitely be coming back soon

10/31/2021 At 1:54pm. Fries were superb. Chicken sandwich was superb. Customer service was stellar and professional. This was the best Jack In the Box visit in my life. I am not kidding at all. The management should congratulate every crew member working today. Heart Samhain!

Opened up to let my daughter use the bathroom after hours. Forgot some food and argued that she put it in the bag. That was a little off putting to have a manager talk back to me.

Everything was amazing! No complaints. Learned how to say large cup in Spanish. It's "Baso Grande" (maybe misspelled) 😁

I love their Sourdough Jack and curly fries! Although they could afford to either use much less salt on their food; or offer a low to," No", salt menu!!! I really love their shakes!! They don't skimp on the portion; ie, they fill your cup all the way...UNLIKE; DARE I SAY IT? MCDONALD'S!!!

First of all I want to say that I really love Jack in the Box burgers!!!!! When I come in to Jack in the Box, I always receive an amazing customer service from Sabrina. I visit Jack in the Box almost every day for my lunch and she always had a strong working energy and a beautiful smile that makes people like me want to come again. I want to say thank you to Sabrina for giving me such an amazing and joyful experience and I’m looking forward to coming again and ordering more 🤝

I give it 5 stars for letting me walk thru the drive thru. Not all places will. The food, service, and speed are good. Current road construction at night is only deterrent.

Fast, correct, friendly. For Jack in the Box.... a VERY good experience. Have been here 3 times since moving to the neighborhood. Glad to know I can p/U lunch and not be late!

There was a issue with one of my previous visit and spoke to the manager Esmeralda and was very professional kind patient listening to the me and made the situation right. I would highly recommend this location

This one is kind of slow but I'll be real impressed if you're going to decide on a different place because of this fact.

It was good for the most part. I was so glad that the dining room was open now and the service was fast and on point.

One of the better Jack in the Box's I've been to. Went at a later time, but food was warm and good, and service was quick. Nice drive thru attendant, would eat there again after a late shift lol.

Food was fresh and tasty, drive thru lady was very kind and patient when I couldn't decide what I wanted. And it was the only place open after midnight. A true blessing in a world plagued by COVID closing hours.

Like junk food? Like to eat super late at night? Go to Jack in the Box, this one has really fast service, like faster than I can believe, drive through moved as fast as I've ever gone through. Pleasant staff too.
