Walgreens

Been going to this Walgreens for more than a decade. The store has improved so much in the past few years. The basic necessities are locked up, due to the store’s ongoing problem with theft. I would rather have the toothbrushes and deodorants locked up than have this store closed. The store is too convenient and a great benefit to the community it serves. Although the perimeter of the store has a good number of garbage in the surroundings (which is really out of the employees control, if there are troubled individuals that seems to mistake the parking lot as a junk yard) New Management has turned the store around, and I see more smiles every time I walk in this store, which is a drastic change from my decade long experience of going to this store.

The outside had plenty of trash bags opened and laying around the parking lot. I went inside and the store was not what the outside looked like. Never judge a book by its cover! I came to purchase a few things. There were a couple of items I wanted but I was told they were stolen. An employee told me to come in on the afternoon on the days they receive load. Im okay with that, i live close by. I forgot the employee name but he said he would special order the items I want. I used to go to sf mission but now i will go to this store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Store is clean and organized. I do not like that thieves come in so often to steal. No good for business and employees. Hope that they stay safe. You have good people working here.

Just wanted to give a shout out to great customer service. I had placed an order to have a number of prints picked up for a memorial on Saturday and when I arrived I noticed that one of the 8x10 prints was incorrectly cropped. The sales assistant Ibrihim was very patient explaining what probably happened and ask me to reorder the 8x10. Lo and behold the print was incorrectly cropped once again. Patiently Ibrihim explained that there was a cropping tool in the App and to try once more. As the saying goes, the third time is the charm. Ibrihim , thanks for your patience and for explaining how to crop photos in the App itself. In this day and age it's a pleasure to have someone show great customer service skills . Walgreens, keep an eye on this person. He is going places.....

Friendly people, but obviously suffering from short staffing. Best to go during off hours if you can.

The person helping me check-in for my booster was stocking shelves, running the checkout register, doing returns, and Covid vaccine check-ins. Just not enough people for all the work that needs to be done.

Happy this location has stayed open despite so many other Walgreens in the SF leaving; it’s nearby and has what we need in a pinch.

Very clean and the staff at this store are friendly and hospitable. Only thing I don't like is that almost everything is locked up.

This Walgreens is walking distance from my apartment. Has the majority of stuff that's smaller Walgreens don't carry. Large parking lot and I never seen it filled. It even has an electric charging station for electric cars. Friendly staff and inconvenient.

Walgreens always treats me right . I come here for the 2 for 3 rockstar energy drink deal, then I'm fueled up and ready to game. I typically make it to the final 10 on PUBG after vising Walgreens . If I didn't have this Walgreens, I'd need to go all the way to Lucky's to get juiced up , I don't really want that kind of down time when me and my team are consistently ranking top 10.

This has been my Walgreens for over 10years.. some of the workers have been there longer than that and are so kind... very helpful and always there with a listening ear...
Right now in these hard times with covid19. I want to say thank you and my prayers are with you all.

This Walgreen's is close to where I stay. So I go there alot. The location is great. The workers are nice and friendly. I can pick up prescriptions and western union. I love it..

Polite staff. Place looking nicer and new products. 👌
