Finally stopped in Weiss Meats after driving past it many times. Excellent display and service. Very clean inside. Sausage is their specialty, but I bought meatballs and they did not disappoint. Well packaged, cooked perfectly, and were flavorful. I’ll be stopping in again soon!

I tried a couple of the pizza burgers and the smoked German bratwurst this last Sunday. It was a beautiful fall day, felt like summer. I use a gas fired smoker, set it to 250 degrees for two hours. The meat was perfectly done, had nice hickory smoke penetration and the flavors, so mild, great experience, I will have to do that again!! Thank You Weiss meat’s

A wonderful place to shop for your meat and sausage needs. A nice variety of meats for the grill. Everything that we’ve tried is very good and their bread and buns are the best on the planet!

Everything we’ve purchased from here so far has been excellent. We’ve had the Polish Sausage for Christmas, sausage sticks, jalapeño brats, breakfast sausage, bulk pizza sausage & bulk pizza burger meat. We sampled the jerky which has a great flavor. The jalapeño sausage sticks could be spicier but that’s just my preference. They also offer dog treats. The owners are very friendly! Next I want to try their Chorizo because I usually get it from El Rey in Milwaukee 🤞

Had their pizza burgers, which was kind of an impulse buy, and they were mind-blowing. Will definitely be back soon … with a u-haul to bring home a million more pizza burgers!

By far, hands down, the best brats I have ever had in my life.. also, there are no words to describe how absolutely amazing their pizza burgers are. 10/10 recommend this place. We will be buying a lot of our meat from here moving forward.

As a descendant or Polish/German grandparents, I appreciate good sausage. Great grands owned a butcher store. The brats at Weiss are great. Very lean so they don't flare up. I cook indirect and finish over coals. Had the German smoked, Italian explosion and regular and they were all great. Looking forward to trying more. Bums are awesome and staff very friendly. Hope you expand offerings with some cabanossi and other smoked meats!

Weiss Meats is amazing. Their maple breakfast sausage is truly the best I’ve ever had. Jen made a beautiful charcuterie board for one of our holiday gatherings - it was awesome.

Today Jen made the most beautiful fancy fruit platter for a bridal shower. They also made up their delicious maple breakfast sausage for our brunch bridal shower.

Everything I’ve tried from Weiss Meats has been the finest quality. So happy to have this great shop in the neighborhood.

Great new shop in Big Bend. We bought several different types of sausage, meatballs and pizza burgers. All of them were delicious. We especially loved the pizza burgers. Jenny and Rick were very hospitable and took the time to tell us about their products. We will definitely be back!

I purchased the Polish sausage links. I pan fried them and they didn't shrink and tasted extremely good. I can't wait to try their Italians and Pizza paddies. I am extremely impressed with the quality and service.

First time there for me today friendly service got home made the sausages on the grill ate them no bun no dressings just the sausage absolutely delicious I will definitely be going back good job guys keep it up and p.s. I'm spreading the word

Stopped in for some jalepano cheddar sausage and they upsold us with some breakfast sausage too. They had some mushroom Swiss sausages they were sampling that were yummy! The couple was very welcoming, attentive, and interested in serving us, the customer. We defiently plan to be back.
Would be a total plus if hot ham was available Sundays prior to 7 AM for golfers, if that ever becomes an option. Plan to share our experience with others and encourage them to stop in!

Excellent breakfast sausage and pizza sausage. Went there for the first time yesterday. I will be going back to try other sausages. The place was packed so the word has gotten around. I would highly recommend this place.

Deliciously fresh! So far, everyone that I have served Weiss Meat to, asks where i got it. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. It's hard to find a place like this. So what are you waiting for?? You'll probably see me there. Lol
