Jason knows his stuff.

This is a review of a visit from a few years ago.
I was shopping around for Wireless Internet (WISP) and stopped by the store to ask some questions about Verizon's Wireless Home Internet Service.
Jason Gobbell was the person I interacted with.
Despite the Home Internet service was not something I could just purchase from the store (has to be online ordered), Jason was still incredibly helpful in answering all my questions regarding the service.
Jason was incredibly knowledgeable in both the technical aspects of the service and the billing/account side of the service.

Even though I wasn't able to purchase anything, my interaction with Jason was impressive enough that I took his card and wrote a quick note on my phone, which I happened to stumble across again today and reminded me to leave this review.

Lulu at the Lakeshore Plaza location SF was fantastic. The best in the business. So so nice, professional and thorough. I always feel like I'm being taken care of when she's helping me and always greets everyone with a smile

Enzo was very professional yet he made me feel like I was chatting with another one of my homies. He was working by himself and even with other people coming in and out he handled it well. Dope person to go to if you need help.

I showed up Sunday morning with a dead phone. Enzo was the best. I could have walked out and gone to another carrier for a free phone.
He did everything possible to have me stay with Verizon. I am very happy with my new S23.

Lulu M assisted me with the purchase of a SIM card and the logistics of changing my account type. She was sympathetic to the difficulty of the situation and clearly explained how she would be able to assist me, and demonstrated professional knowledge by leveraging the tools at her disposal to resolve the issue. In a short amount of time, she had me up and running with the account type that was best for my needs. If you need any type of troubleshooting on your Verizon account, Lulu is the one to talk to!

We had been at another location and was never greeted and there was only one person working. We called and found another location that was more available. Ty was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products and specials available. Great experience all around!!!

The service received on Sunday was EXCELLENT!! The two Rep should be awarded for their dedication and knowledge of the equipment!!!

Lulu was great! I’m not a tech person and wasn’t especially excited to buy a new phone but she made everything so easy and pleasant. Everyone else in the store was very friendly too. Thanks, everyone!!

Tyler was really knowledgeable and courteous and answered all my questions. He made sure all was connected, synced and running properly. I had lost my phone that morning and he made the process of replacing my phone a positive one.

I got a new phone at the Verizon store on Sloat, Perry was the person who served me. He gave excellent customer service. He answered all my question and was very personable.I would recommend him for any upgrade on his position within your company.Thank you Verizon for keeping your standards high.

I'm sure everyone at this location is great--but this review is explicitly for Lulu, who went SO FAR above and beyond to help me yesterday that it restored my faith in humanity. Long story short: after calling Verizon technical help to fix a minor problem, I was left with an inoperable phone. In a blind panic, I headed for the nearest Verizon Store, not having a ton of hope that an Authorized Retailer would be able to help me with a broken phone.
Lulu, who was working alone, managed to fix my phone with basically no real assistance from the Verizon techs. She helped another person AT THE SAME TIME without sacrificing a bit of attention or patience. She was kind, funny, and seemed to care about my phone as much as me (I mean, probably not possible, but).
I know I go about thinking everything in the world is bad and people are mean to each other-- but Lulu (and okay, this Victra location, sure) made me remember there are good people out there willing to help.

Great experience and Enzo was incredibly helpful and patient in resolving a challenging situation. He was super knowledgeable and a true professional in helping to navigate things.

The store manager Jason was fantastic and super helpful both on the phone and once I arrived in person. He really created a friendly and funny environment inside his store while I waited in line for my turn for help. He quickly setup my new Google Pixel phone in short order and answered all my questions thoughtfully. Great job dude!!

Walked in with a few questions, there were a few people already waiting and honestly debated about leaving. It was clear that they were short staffed, but the employee, Lulu still was able to greet and reassured everyone that she would help as soon as she can. I stayed and had all my questions answered. I didn’t get a phone with her, but highly recommend anyone to visit this location!

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our experience with the salesperson Ty at this location. We came in to switch to Verizon and he explained all the options thoroughly and was very helpful and patient with the process. Highly recommended!

Dear Readers. I wanted to take a moment to offer my great thanks to the extraordinarily fine staff at the Geary Verizon store called Victra, an authorized Verizon retailer. I signed up for home WiFi early in August with the help of Mr. Deep Bakrola. Deep walked me through the whole process and he was professional, extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable. The Gateway box has worked perfectly since I plugged it in. I returned to the store today and was so grateful that Mr. Bakrola was working as I needed help fixing my registration and a few other issues that I was having with Verizon. The online and telephone representatives with whom I had been dealing, while very nice just could not seem to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Mr. Bakrola was wonderful and he was able to take care of and fix everything. To Deep and the wonderful Della Castillo, the Manager at Victra, I offer my highest compliments for their professionalism and kindness. I absolutely recommend that you seek out these two wonderful people for any purchases or issues that you may have with Verizon.

Had a defect in the screen protector of the expensive new Galaxy 20+ 5G I'd just purchased from the Victra retail store on Sloat. After being told to come in for a quick screen protector swap, the representative on duty the day I went in glanced at my phone, pushed it back at me, and commented, "It still works. Why do you care if it's cracked? Just use it." (He also made some adjustments on it that didn't work.) I picked my jaw up off the floor and tried again. Today, Brandon and Chris were an opposite experience - fast, courteous, professional. My protector is replaced, the phone correctly adjusted, and I feel heard and happy. Thanks to these two for understanding what customer service means in a competitive market. 5 stars for them.
