Wow and wooo to the whooo...I not only appreciate this store I am thankful for the employees...The one on GLISAN is AWEFANTABULOUS!

Above and beyond excellent customer service! This being the 5th location I've gone to due to poor customer service at other locations I was extremely excited to have a friendly and very knowledgeable representative assisting me! With my typical barage of questions trying to navigate through the confusion of plans and phone offers my sales rep calmly and thoroughly explained everything until we found the perfect solution to my phone needs. I can't thank them enough for their help! All the while they were dealing with an individual that kept them on their toes to say the least. Thankful I found a location that I can continue to go to and refer to others!

Best store ever! These two employees work together and run the store beautifully. The lady that helped me find a phone that can handle my needs and uses! O still have that same phone almost a year later! I've never had a phone that could handle my work load! They go the extra mile and I am happy to spend my money on good prices and employees go beyond great service! I would hope that they get paid well because you just don't find employees like that! I am a happy customer every time I go in! 4 paws up and ears and tail with a smile. Well worth it. I would probably go anywhere these two worked at because they know what they are doing selling and all about customer service A+!

My wife and I actually had a great experience yesterday buying two new phones from Kiki! She was absolutely wonderful and really took the time needed with us. She has excellent customer service skills which I'm sure is why she is the store lead! I didn't catch the other employee's name but he was very friendly as well while helping other customers.

The employees were extremely professional and helpful while helping me and dealing with an irate customer who seemed to be making a scene in order to scare away business. I am thoroughly impressed at how both employees handled the situation.

Hands down the best customer service consistently. Rj gave me a great deal and was understanding and took the time to get me a new phone. They were understanding when i was tight on funds and helped me outc in every way getting phone set up

Had to pay a bill and buy a replacement phone. Was assisted immediately upon entering the store by a young woman who knew the brand, its merchandise, and services very well. Walked out of the store with what i needed, a bit information, and a few tips as well! Thank you!

I come all the way from Vancouver because i know i will be taken care of... They employees here seem to genuinely care about there customers.. Rj i believe is a manager helped me out so much when i went in there gave me a great deal and helped me with the budget i was on at the time... Great place great vibes its definitely recommended ...
