Five Below

This location is probably the cleanest and most organized five below I’ve ever seen. The employee (associate # 595667) was friendly from the minute I walked in until she checked me out and assisted me in getting my niece a gift card. I’ll be back to this location more often just based on the cleanliness, organization and friendliness of today’s experience. Keep up the great job!

The ladies on this Five Below were extremely helpful. I'm trying to put together a back to school caddy for a friend and I was in the weeds trying to figure out what grade the little girl is in. And what exactly does little 11 year old girls like. So once again I want to thank the ladies at Five Below for all their help.

My experience today was nothing less than amazing. I needed to do an exchange and Angel and Keyshawn (sp?) were amazing. They were so welcoming, kind, professional and made me feel good. I really appreciated their warm welcome as well as their help with the exchange. I will definitely recommend this location for 5 Below. I will come here again because they have amazing customer service. Thank you both and please if a district manager can give them props and something good for their amazing customer service!!!!!!

Although this Five Below doesn't have as many products as the one in Springfield I like this location because it's easy to park, there's never a big line like Springfield and the employees are SUPER friendly and helpful.

Angel is always as sweet as can be and amazingly helpful and friendly!!

An amazing lady was so kind and helpful stocking shelves, knew where everything was, very pleasant! Wish I caught her name... her breed is rare these days

This was the absolute best Five Below experience I've ever had. It was bright, clean and organized. I walked in and was immediately greeted...twice. I asked if they had any spray bottles and someone lead me right to the section. On my way out the door, the first person that greeted me handed me a free water bottle. It was a pleasant trip. I highly recommend.

As per usual, I go in looking for one or two things and walk out with 20 lol. I love 5 below. I didn't grow up with 5 below being a thing in the Midwest. But I am absolutely in love with the store. The people are amazing and usually really welcoming. I love that I can get the books I need or want for the Pagan and Wiccan side of my life. I literally have a small bookshelf of nothing but the books I have gotten from yall. Thank you so much!! Can't wait to come back in a week or two, lol.

So, it was my first coming to this 5 below in Kingstowne, alexandria location. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted. Few more steps in I was so distracted by the way the store was soo Organized and Clean. Best part of it, is after an hr or so of walking around the store, i've learned that this location have a SCO..
I have met Angela who greeted me and whom i ask if she's the manager of the store.
I have been to 3 other 5 below location.
Kingstowne is by far and first that I took initiative on talking to its staff and express my appreciation and experience. KUDOS FIVE BELOW Kingstowne, Alexandria Location.

This is the cleanest most organized 5 Below I've been in. I will only shop at this one now.

Awesome place to hit up before going to a movie.

Extremely friendly staff. Didn't overly bother but also greeted very nicely and helped when needed. Also, I love that as a muslim when I came in with my daughter the employee said "happy ramadan". It surprised me and made my day!

This the best 5 & Below I ever did see they had more variety of things than any of the other stores I been too and I love the fact they have self check out only thing is this store didn't have a lot of candy varieties I usually stack up on old fashioned candy for my hubby can't beat 10 pieces for a $1

The best 5 Below around. Mainly due to a large building, easy parking and SELF-CHECKOUT that allows you to skip the long lines at most 5 Below stores.

I never thought I'd say that a Five Below was beautiful but this is a beautiful store! I prefer this location over others in the area. The staff is also nice!
