Probably the best experience I’ve had at a total wine. Everyone was friendly, we were offered a tasting, but didn’t do it.

The staff was friendly without being overly aggressive when offering help. The store is one of the largest in the area so there is a much better selection. Great location and staff.

Ty gave me great recommendations and was very helpful! I saw him giving other great service to others in the store. Great job and customer service!

Large store with ample parking. Great selection of beer, make your own 6-pack, international wine, and local wine (no liquor sales outside of Virginia ABC stores). Helpful staff and pre-order/pick up options available.

This is by far the largest selection of wine I have ever seen in my entire life. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have it, they can likely order it for you.

As a Turkish, I was embrassed you have only one Turkish wine. Kindly request, we need more brands. They have a lot of awarded wines more than 50 producer companies around 100 unique grapes. I hope next time I ll see more options, appreciated for your staff hospitality they all helpfull !

Love this location. Every time I come here they are very helpful staff that are knowledgeable about wines and provide tasty suggestions. Highly recommend coming during tasting hours to try something new, you would be surprised by what you come across! Also, great beer and cigar options here as well.

The customer service at this location was fantastic. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door by an associate who was just passing by the area with stock in his hands. While browsing the isles, I was greeted again by Fred, who helped me find the Virginia wine I was looking for. Fred was friendly and had a very charming disposition. Fred was in charge of one of the wine tastings and continued the great customer service as he suggested some more wines to try. I ended up buying the Cabernet Sauvignon by First & Local and added a red blend 1858 to my list as a result of Fred’s recommendations. Thank you for your most kind assistance and excellent customer service Fred!!!! I will definitely frequent this location.

Always clean and a huge selection of wine and beer. No liquor sold here. Staff is friendly and check out lines move fast. Location is convenient and has plenty of parking.

They had what I've been looking for San Miguel beer! They helped me and were really pleasant to deal with. Plenty of parking and shopping also available. Jollibee is just across from them if ur hungry! 😋 👍🏽🤩

This place is huge! Such a great selection. I found the employees to be very helpful when I was looking for a specific product. They even gave me other recommendations once they brought me to the aisle I needed. Will definitely be back.

Wow... This place it's something unbelievable... You have to go and see in person, at the level of wines and beers it has everything, plus tons of accessories for enjoying both! And if you like cigars, a huge selection is there!

Great selection and helpful cards with notes, pairings, and staff reviews. Very kind and helpful staff to answer questions and get recommendations. Store is clean and seemingly well-stocked.
The only negative is the atrocious parking lot / exit when getting on Little River Turnpike. Exit on Duke if you can. I'm not faulting Total Wine for that, but if going during rush our or peak grocery shopping weekend hours, be prepared to sit in some traffic.

I’m attending a virtual wine tasting and had the best experience with Kevin, a salesperson, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the very specific requirements I had for the kinds of wine I needed to purchase. He was thoughtful, listened to my preferences, and recommended smart choices taking into consideration quality and price. I will request to speak with him every time I need recommendations! Fantastic service.
