Zips is always my dispo of choice anytime I'm in Tacoma, which is often for work. They have a great selection no mattwr what youre looking for and becoming a rewards member is so worth it. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and trying to save you money wherever they can!

I come to this store and the Bloom store pretty often! I'm always happy to see Tiffany's smiling face and wait for her to be my budtender. She's always cracking jokes and makes it a great experience. Keep it up you red headed queen!

They literally moved my girl Tiffany here and she gives the best customer service so wherever she goes i go hahaha but i actually like this shop a lot because they have more items in stock then some of the other locations

Great customer service and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have. I love this store and the 72nd shop both great stores and get you what you what and need. If you haven't been your missing out they are the number 1 dispensary in Washington state and they got deals for days enjoy. So stop by to get the best product.or even order online. They have so many options. It's like a kid in a candy store.

I have been coming to zips for a long time. I used to come when it was green collar too. I met tiffany when she worked over at bloom. She is one of the most amazing, outstanding bud tenders i've ever worked with. She's caring, compassionate and she listens to my needs and makes sure that she gets me the right stuff every time. I will keep on coming back to zips because of tiffany. I absolutely love her.

I have to say thank you I mean it I really do . I broke 2 ribs and you gals really helped with the Rick simpson oil. Rainbow brand is top quality took my pain away I'm also going to say I've never had bad service the gals and guys here are absolutely pros . Thanks you and I have a service animal and she is welcome

Great place. Always busy and really fair prices on top shelf in greater quantity. Everything has met expectations or exceeded that has been purchased and they offer a medical card discount. Good first experience—friendly, knowledgeable staff, medical discount, great selection and quality. I purchased a $20 eighth that was recommended by the nice young lady working the counter and was quite pleased with the quality and value. And they are open later than many other shops.

You hands down cannot find a dispensary with better prices! Service is always super quick, even when there is a line out the door. They have a huge selection and are always stocking new products. I would recommend this location to anyone who partakes! Make sure to check what deals they are running!

Been going to this dispensary for a few years now. It's a little smaller as compared to other shops but makes good use of the space and provides a nice and friendly atmosphere. Budtenders tend be very approachable and have good knowledge regarding their products. They have an excellent online ordering system powered by Dutchie which I utilize regularly to check on the availability of the flower products that I tend to enjoy. Pricing is very competitive with other local stores, usually being lower than most other shops. Their no contact pickup service is outstanding and their turn time from ordering to available for pickup is generally less than 20 minutes in most cases.
Parking can be a little frustrating due to the limited amount of spaces available, but their quick service usually means you dont have to wait too long before you get a spot.

Used the online app today and saved 30% off the regular price! Purchase was ready in less than 15 minutes and when I arrived to pick it up, I was in and out of the store in under 4 minutes! Friendly staff
