I must say service is not something that comes easy now days. Shawn from print and marketing was a great HELP. I’m so appreciative. He took his time to help me with printing my application for my visa. Thanks so much

Mike the manager is very helpful. Most items are easy to find, though I found myself looking for items that were in plain sight until someone pointed them out to me. All the inks and toners look the same.

I absolutely love this particular Starbud, close to home and the workers are extremely helpful. My budtender was James P. Very knowledgeable, engaged and helpful. I recommend asking for him when you go in.

Today I had a great experience at this Staples location. An employee named Eric helped me order a desk and purchase a lamp and desk chair. Eric noticed there was noticeable damage to the chair’s box, so he opened it (with my permission) to ensure there was no damage to the chair. There wasn’t any damage, but his attention to detail was very much appreciated. Eric took his time to assist me and called on other employees to help any waiting customers. He personally transported the chair to my car for me. It was clear he cared about doing his job well. This man deserves a raise.

The staff is courteous and helpful.

Every time I visit this store they are very helpful.

I have had to come here a few times this month, and Steve has been awesome each time! Not only did he explain everything to me, he walked me through registration, and did so with a smile! He wants to help customers. Today, he called another store to verify an item because he did not want me to drive all the way to Eastpoint and find that the item was not there. Turns out they do have it, and I am on the way.

It was great. I was there 2day. January 26, 2018 between the hours of 3-4 in the printing area. The 2 African American ladies , one with dread locks and the other lady short with curly hair was amazing . You need more people like these ladies. I'm going back so I will get their names. Great customer service!

My brother's funeral was the following day and at the last minute we found out that we didn't have obituaries. When I tell you Ms.Valerie swooped in like an angel, and printed me 100 obituaries within an hour! No amount of gratitude can truly express the relief, professionalism, and sympathy that she provided me that day. With the help of Shavez, my family and I had one less thing to worry about. Thank you both so much!

The managers and staff at this Staples are awesome. If you want to stroll the isles they are there to point out where stuff is. In my case I wanted a specific chair and they spent the time and effort differentiating the features. And these guys are deal makers helping you with the coupons that make this my favorite Staples.

Me and my sister were having difficulties with using the machine to print an email. I asked for some assistance from the young man at the counter and he came right over. He throughly explained how to retrieve and print an email.

Ive been coming here for almost year now I've never had any issues staff is always willing to help im in and out very busy at times and sometimes will have to wait but nothing out of the ordinary I would recommend

Went there looking for a 25-pack of suspended filing folders, found what I wanted. It was pricey, so I looked up and down the shelves--and voilà! Got the Staples brand at an affordable price!

I stopped here to make copies and the process was quick and easy. I was surprised at the quality of paper that my copies came out on. It was perfect because I was copying my resume.
