I met Tammy Hopkins when I entered the store & I asked her if she would walk with me to pick out furniture for my new home. She walked with me & allowed me to pick what I liked & she explained in detail what I was getting, she was very informative. The table in the picture I'd seen on your website but to see it in my face, I loved it. She helped me furnish my whole home, bedroom, dining room & living room, I’m so excited to have met her!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Toni as my sales person. She was very knowledgeable, took her time with me, and led me in the right direction for what I was looking for. I will definitely seek her out again if I need to buy furniture in the future. I have not received the furniture yet so I cannot comment on that. The inventory of sectional sofas at the store was fabulous! Much better than the other five stores where I have looked. I am very happy with my experience thus far.

Update: The sofa was delivered today. The delivery men were professional, quick and on time!

Second update….. I ended up buying block legs for the sofa on Amazon. Once I got the sofa home I realized that it sat a little bit too low and it reminded me of a sofa that someone might have in college since it’s sat right on the ground. It looks much better now raised 3 inches up. it’s almost too comfortable, we can’t get out of the sofa! We love it so much!

She was able to not only match us with the perfect bed for our home she also helped us to consider other options to improve safety since we were about to have another child to the family. Value city is the most stylish and also solid furniture….it’s affordable but not CHEAP! thanks to our no pressure salesman, Tony for great service!

When I came to Pick-up, Mike was very welcoming and professional. He answered all my questions and his partner Anthony was also helpful. From start to finish the experience buying was fantastic. The sales rep Tammy advised us our delivery date during the purchase, VCF was communicative on delivery, date, time. They, texted, called before hand. The delivery drivers were excellent. Don’t sleep on VCF.

Mrs. Tammy was amazing today. My grandfather came in today after measuring his new place hoping everything would fit that he previously had on hold. Even though she wasn't his original sales person she went above and beyond to deliver all the dimensions and sizing that he needed to be comfortable with his purchase he was very happy leaving the store today. She was so pleasant and proffesional. I wanted her as my saleswoman and I even had to make a purchase that I am so excited about!. Thank you again to everyone who helped us. Ms.T Hopkins helped us with the final decision on our living room furniture. She was very well educated on the products that value city offered and the different configurations. We had shopped around and finally decided on a piece today.

Tatyana has been such a delight to work with. She didn’t make us feel like she was hovering over us the entire time while we were looking. Nothing but excellent customer service from her and she was super friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend her!

5 star delivery is worth every penny. I had been shopping online and I wanted the dresser without the mirror. My sales person helped me and we were in and out the store in 20 mins with my delivery being scheduled for 2 days later.

Theresa was fabulous and made our buying process so quick and easy! We were able to get everything we wanted and more under budget! This is the best experience we have had here!!

I visited on a random Thursday afternoon and was greeted by the sweetest smile and warmest welcome. She asked what we needed directed us to exactly what we wanted and freely let us explore.
