My kids are rough on phones unfortunately so I'm practically a regular here. Sam usually helps me out and is familiar with my phones and this place is worth it! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It sure beats buying a new phone every time this happens! Saves me a ton of money.

Great Experience! The staff was so friendly and kind. The manager made an exception ( I showed up closer to closing) and fixed my screen quickly. I purchased a screen protector so hopefully I will not be back, but would highly recommend!

I went in to get my screen protector replaced and got exactly that.

Although it did take longer than expected the price was reasonable and the staff was respectful when it came to any and all all questions. For that I gladly give them five stars.

Stephan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went to four other locations to get the screen protector replaced on my Z Fold 4 and they all told me that it couldn't be done. Stephan had this replaced in ten minutes and it looked like a new phone. I highly recommend stopping in and having Stephan help you with all of your repair needs.

The gentleman was extremely helpful. I am so used to getting bad service. I just left the AT&T store and the lady was rude and unhelpful. So, my expectations were extremely low. To my surprise, he was so helpful. Not only did he resolve the problem, but he even stayed a little later to help me install my new liquid screen protector. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

My phone wasn't holding a charge and I couldn't figure out what was going on and Sam cleaned and replaced my charger port and it started working again better then ever! This store and these employee's are amazing and have the best customer service!

The guys were great. No pressure to get a repair I didn't need. I later decided to get the repair, which will lead to another two years of life for my phone.

I can't say enough praise about this place. I have a medium-old phone, a Galaxy S9 that for all intents and purposes, is still actually a really great phone, does what I need to do etc. Except- after many years the battery is clearly wearing out and just doesn't hold a good charge much anymore. I admit, I do miss the old days when you could just pop the back off and replace the battery...

Anyway: sure, I could have upgraded to a new phone (the S24 comes out in a week!), but man- to drop $800 just for a new phone because of a dying battery is just... WAY too much. Yeah, I'll upgrade some day but not now.

So.. what to do about the battery? I found several battery-replacement kits on Amazon, and if I was SUPER careful, there's a good possibility I could have replaced the battery myself. I have replaced batteries in GPS units and laptops, but cell phones are a different animal. I've never done one before, and truthfully, properly removing adhesive from inside a phone is tricky at best, and *dangerous*. If you make one tiny slip, brick. I didn't want to risk it. With my luck I'd break the screen or accidently toast the motherboard. Also, those amazon kits came with only marginal reviews as for the actual battery quality.

ENTER: The Ubreak store. I decided to give these guys a try- there are some things better left to the experts and this task is one of them. The guy in the store was super nice, and clearly VERY knowledgible. He said his tech friend in the back of the store "loved these because they're easy". And for them, it probably is!

The best thing is that this place is an authorized Samsung repair facility, so they not only use a REAL samsung battery to replace the dead one, but they also properly replace the existing inner adhesive so that the phone retains (most of) its water-resistant capabilities.

I dropped the phone off and it was ready only a few hours later. Quoted price- only 79 bucks! Wow.

Sadly.... the story did not end in my favor. But NOT the store's fault. There is something wrong with my phone causing the errant battery drain. The Ubreak guys spent a ton of time putting in a brand new samsung battery, but it behaved the same as my old one. Their best guess is an issue with the phone's motherboard which is basically, a catasrophic issue needing a new phone soon.

With a very nice apology, the store returned my phone to me with the orginal battery properly reinstalled. The phone looks exacly like it did before, no damage, no bulges, looks perfect, and works as before. They did a nice job handling the device. And because the new battery did not solve the issue, I was not charged for the repair attempt. Sucks to be me, I'm off to go buy a new phone I guess.

But all of this does not diminish my review- I'm an experienced I.T. veteran with decades of expertise in computers. It is very clear to me that these guys do really good work, are very thorough, they stand behind their work (such as in my case, not fixed? no charge). If I have a similar situation with an expensive device needing repair, I'll most certainly will be back.

I had an amazing experience at this phone repair store. I came in with a broken screen and they were able to fix it the same day. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. I stopped in at the Greenfield location and was helped by a very nice young man who explained to me how to fix a longstanding problem that I was having with my phone. Such a GREAT experience!

Though I was not able to get my device repaired, I am very happy with their service, and customer service skills... A skill that is a rare commodity these days. 👍😊

These people are great. They explained my options and made sure I understood them. I even watched them help some older folks troubleshoot their phone for no charge. 10/10 would recommend.

Desperate to get my phone fixed, battery was about to explode. After being turned away from other fix it places these guys told me they could handle it, but it would probably take a week to order a new battery. Reasonable rates, fast and efficient service! Oh, and friendly service people too!

Terrific service. Team member took a look at my phone in the back room to determine whether the charging port was damaged after a spill. He did a little cleaning as part of the review, which I really appreciated, even though no repair ended up being needed.

I bought a new tablet and needed help transferring the data from my old tablet to the new one. Your techs did a wonderful job helping me do that and explaining the new features to two senior citizens with little experience with new technology. Thanks for your patience.

Staff was transparent throughout process. Repaired laptop fan. 1 year warranty with fix, this location has a $25 diagnostics fee.
