The Home Depot

We went yesterday looking for a grill, certain grill. The first person we encountered was India, she was beyond the greatest help there. She went above and beyond to help us find this certain grill we were looking for. Not once did she seem annoyed when she brought up what she thought was the grill we were looking for but wasn't. She even got help from another team member and a manager to help her find this grill, just so we could leave with what we wanted. And in all honestly, had we asked someone else they would have just told us they didn't have it and let us leave disappointed. Which two of the managers tried doing, but India was persistent on getting us what we needed. Now we could have been annoyed because this whole thing took a long while, but it was so amazing seeing India try so hard to get the customer what they came in for. Even though I'm sure it was a headache for you India, as much as it was for us. I want you to know the persistence and patience you had did not go unnoticed, you were by far the most amazing person in customer service that I've seen in a long time. Please keep that up. I know it's hard most days as people are difficult. But you truly gave me faith in humanity again, and there are still genuine people out there. Thank you!

This place is great. It usually has what I need. But most importantly, there's a couple of really good employees there that are really good. In particularly, Bob, is amazing! He was so helpful in helping me find what I needed and he answered any questions that I needed. But above all, as a woman, he didn't talk down to me like I was stupid or was silly for asking certain questions. He said he was more than happy to help me and he gave me some great tips when I was trying to upgrade my kitchen. He even directed me to some hardware that was on sale and I only spent $5 on it! Thank you so much, Bob!

The Home Depot is a good source for tools, and home materials. Been here plenty of other times. This trip I was looking for some specialty drill bits for concrete. They had several to choose from. Lots of Milwaukee and Dewalt (and other quality brands) Tool to choose from.

I always love coming to The Home Depot! I personally adore their plant section that they provide and i also love how they have a variety of soils here. Every person working here is extremely helpful, and they will try their hardest to answer any question a person may have! Everytime I step into The Home Depot I get excited about improving my home and my garden!

Came to have a key fob copy made, Greg was able to help me get it done. answer a few questions, and offered some great conversation while we waited. Far exceeded my expectations!

Went to the paint department, Eli was very friendly and very helpful. Eli inquired about what I was going to paint and recommended paints and why. When I shared a pic of the office DIY, Eli showed me where to find products and even suggested new items. Great experience!

I bought a fresh pine house plant with little Christmas ornaments in it 😁 also I loved the display for the yard decorations, that was fun. Clean and organized store, and everyone was friendly. There was a price difference when we got to the register and the man working at the self checkout fixed it quick and easily with no issues ☺

Chris Leutermen, assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me with an issue with the Troy-bilt rider lawnmower I bought. He even took his lunch break to go to the repair shop my lawnmower was at to check out the problem and had Home Depot cover the cost of having the mower transported to and from the shop. Cudos Chris! Great customer service!!!

Plants are very well taken care of here. Alot better than other places.

I Love The Home Depot. In my opinion, The Home Depot is way better than Menards Today. The Home Depot has harder to find merchandise that other stores don't carry. Other than Ace Hardware Store which is a real Hardware Store, The Home Depot is the next place that I like to shop at. I only go to Menards if I have to. Otherwise it is to either Ace Hardware Store or The Home Depot. They have a great Christmas set too

Steve in building materials is great! He was helpful in recommending and showing me what I needed for my project, and even helped cut up the wood!

This is always my favorite place to buy what I need for home repairs, and when I just want to walk around and discover new things, staff is always willing to help.

Very good store everybody helps you out they they're knowledge of everything so and it's very clean and people are nice

Great communication and super helpful employees. Ordered carpet with installation. They said the lead time was 4 to 6 weeks. It only took 3 weeks. They showed up on time and kept us updated.

Normally I only get asked the question " do you work here"? at Abercrombie & Fitch.
Bonus: It was an employee who approached me to ask. Maybe they thought I was a secret shopper.

Have been coming here for a dozen years or so because it is a much better location than the one in Wauwatosa technically closer to me. There is an older gentleman named Craig who I just encountered yesterday. He was so helpful locating something I overlooked that I walked across the store to find him again to help me get a couple mailboxes down from the top shelf stock. What a personable and helpful asset to the store. I have always had a good experience at this location but the one yesterday afternoon compelled me to actually write a review to that effect. I just bought mulch in 1.5 cubic feet bags. Five for $10 so I bought 10 bags for my mom a jug of Preen and a cool succulent. They have really nice plants.
