T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

i went into this store hoping for a discount, or promotion, because I broke my new iphone, and one of the reps name Joshua was fantastic. he truly wanted to help me. When he reviewed my account, and not only saved me money on my phone bill, but I left with a brand new iphone 15 without paying any down payment. i will only go to this store going forward. the service was great, and the management is very attentive. T-mobile for never letting your customers miss out on deals.

I saved so much money going to this store. I really appreciated Joshua for giving me advice to not only get better cell service, but on how to save money. In addition, I got $1000 dollars in prepaid Mastercards to switch from Verizon. I highly recommend this store!!!

I went in because I needed a new phone. Glow was the employee who helped me out. Ive had all of the major cell providers ie. att, Verizon, sprint back in the day you name. That being said I’ve dealt with a lot of representatives/associates. Glow was the absolute most well versed and knowledgable employee I’ve ever dealt with. She had the best attitude and was so outgoing and caring about us and our issues. I will for sure be staying with T-Mobile due to every time I come in and Glow is there with the most positive attitude, doesn’t matter the day.

The best costumer service! Glow and her team really give it their all for our phone needs! So friendly and helpful.. anytime I have questions or need any help I go see Glow and her staff.

Finally broke free from AT&T and Glow was amazing in making the experience seemless and got me a killer deal on my new phone. 100% recommend for anyone who is looking for the most bang for your buck!

Hands down, the best T-Mobile store in the Eugene/Springfield area. I tell all my friends and family to only ever go to this one. The employees don't act like they know more than you do and genuinely want to help you find what you want.

They're not obsessed with up-selling you every chance they get.

Stopped in with questions about my Galaxy watch that died on my trip,...left with a new watch...Great sales gal behind desk, very knowledgable not pushy and patient with my questions. I could have got the same watch for less, else where,but here I was able to put it on my account and not on my credit card. I have to have a watch and I love my Galaxy 4. Staff that work here are amazing with tech info!

Great phone service..my phone and hotspot work great.

I put off buying a new phone as long as I could because I don't want to try to figure out how to use it. My husband finally pushed hard enough so we went to get new phones and we're very happy with our service. As it always does, it took ages it seems like but we are happy with the outcome.

Absolutely LOVE this T-MOBILE! The Lady (manager) is the most awsome, helpful, kind, inspiring, well mannered & gosh just all around amazing human being.

Nick at customer service is outstanding. UPS customer care on the phone is very inconvenient. Nick took care of me quickly and helped me out with my issues. Definitely deserve some recognition.

Yeah I think my experience was like most others an A+ all the way. Had whole family switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and Dominic lead the charge and everyone entire staff are great and entertaining. Even the staff in training that day were personality plus it’s a great store would recommend it to anybody looking for a great service. And I would bet you based on the customer service that we received the T-Mobile is number one in customer retention. That to me is far more valuable than any thing else that means a customer always comes first. Something other mobile companies have lost sight of. So two thumbs up T-Mobile

Seriously the best T-Mobile in Springfield/Eugene area store manager Dominic was great super helpful and explained everything so well. His sales agent Gloria is so energetic and amazing she welcomed us and made us feel super comfortable and at home. Recommended to come here for all your T-Mobile needs.
