I usually shop at this location all the time but this past weekend I rented a truck at 7 am on a Sunday morning. Ania and Kate helped me out at the service desk. I’m posting this review because of them. They were very informative and efficient with the process. Got me in and out and on my way. Truck was in new condition and worked perfectly.

The pro desk is my home away from home, love these guys ! Always taken care of above and beyond, Chris is always extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond I suggest everyone open a pro account with him! James is the bread and butter of this operation as well it seems, he loves his ketchup a little too much but he is the drywall king! Great store with great folks!

The best and only place where I could buy home appliances and stuffs. This place has been a great help to us and also to the neighborhood. They have everything that we could ask for, literally everything that we need. Staffs are amazing and they are all friendly and helpful. Their selection of all products is always organized and well stocked. Everything is in a good condition and has a good quality and I can guarantee on that. Prices are also air and reasonable. We could not ask for more cause they always gave everything we need.

Margaret in custom cabinets is Amazing!!! Extremely talented and knowledgeable. She was able to take my sketch of my kitchen and turn it into reality. If you’re looking for a custom kitchen design I highly recommend working with Margaret.

i have NEVER received such amazing customer support and service than i received at this store. as i'm limited to characters on here i will not go into too much detail. but if you mention trouble with a couple Ariens snowblowers ... a couple of amazing guys and a very nice lady at customer service will know what you are talking about. These 3 people went WAY WAY beyond what i ever expected. To say i received "help" is a drastic understatement. THIS is why i have bought my major appliances here. THIS is why i come back for things like snowblowers and power tools, etc. HIGHLY satisfied with this lowes.

I placed an online order, and the steps for pick up were easy! The associate had a pleasant and fun personality. He loaded my order in my car with no problem!

Very friendly cashiers. Similar prices to the orange big box home improvement place. Not many sales on the garden plants even in late August.

If you’re looking for appliances, ask for Jim. He really knows his stuff. I Came to look for a fridge and his customer service was awesome.

Everytime I go to this Lowe’s in Carol stream I have a great experience. Very clean & organized store along with helpful employees. Deandre & Khadijah helped me last 2 times I went.

I'm here almost weekly, lots of home projects. I love the shop online & pick-up, my order is usually ready 15 mins after I place. So I can run over & get it quickly and get back to work in no time at all. My orders are always correct, I haven't had a problem yet, so I don't have to waste my time running all over the store to get what I need. It's a huge time saver for me!

Chris at pro desk in Carol Stream has helped me big time in streamlining business orders, deliveries and saving more money that is a huge help running a business in the Chicagoland area

My wife and I decided to redo the kitchen. Sales specialist Margaret was exceptionally fantastic, Great designer, and worked with us to receive a awesome kitchen layout. Lowes was running a great offer on cabinets and appliances. Lowes competitors were definitely not in the same ballpark. Very pleased with Margaret and Lowes.

My Moms clothes washer broke down and she called me on Wednesday Dec 14. I ordered a GE washing machine and they put it in today Dec 16. My Mom is elated. Purchasing was a snap, I was kept informed of delivery date and time, crew were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and arrived early The crew arrived early and completed installation in less than 20 minutes. The Lowes staff made this so easy and did it so quickly. Thanks for making my problem go away!!!! You made one 92 year old Christmas season a very Merry one!! Thank You to your entire staff.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing an oven and microwave with Erik and Mark! Both individuals were extremely helpful from start to finish. They helped us purchase our selections and even assisted with loading them into our car. Excellent customer service, these two truly care about making sure you make the right choice. Very kind and funny too! Will absolutely be visiting and asking for these two again!

Although sometimes pricier than the supply stores near it, it is very well stocked with unique very high-end items that you can rarely find elsewhere without going on line. The prices are fair and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful

Stopped by there today for some new Blinds for a room I’m redoing for my wife. We needed two of them but they only had one in stock. I mentioned it to another guy in there with his wife buying blinds or shades. He went and talked to the woman cutting the blinds for him and his wife and had one of the employees hand held computers with him he looked it up and told me which stores had the ones I needed and recommended the closest one. And this guy did it on his day off. He said he worked in the floor covering area.
Wow what an amazing thing he did. people/employees like that are a one in a million.
He even explained how to trim the blinds I was going to buy. My hats off to Lowe’s management.
