Best hardware store in the area! The customer service is outstanding. Store associates are genuine and very helpful. They always have what I need. Store is clean and well organized. Parking is convenient.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man! The selection of screws is great. Found exactly what I was looking for.

Great selection of hardware items. Looking for a hard to find faucet adapter. They had it. Friendly help, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Further from home than other hardware establishments, but as Arnold says, "I'll be back".

Easy for me to locate items I'm shopping for. Last trip the first employee didn't know the location of my item and called a second staff member who located it for me. Very helpful

Always go to Ace when I need something special and need customer service. It's worth the extra few extra dollars when related to home depot. Employees are always super knowledgeable and nice.

This Ace remind's me of my childhood! It pays proper homage to the classic hardware stores of the past, without missing any of the current hardware needs. I was there for paint. The paint pro made excellent suggestions, so I'll be back for my next project!

Very friendly, helpful staff. They have a wide selection of items. We rented the Green Machine to clean our carpets and it was incredible and priced right. Also, they actually fill propane tanks here, not an exchange. Also, if you like grilling, there is a huge selection of grills, accessories, woods for smoking, sauces and spices. They also mail good coupons, but I always forget them.

This is textbook customer service.

You're greeted when you come in the door and asked why you are there so they can direct you to the isle you need. This is immediate. You don't have to walk around looking for someone.

Then, as you are shopping, there are enough employees working diligently and ready to help you find anything else you might need.

You are going to pay extra for this "small town hardware store" experience than of you go to Lowes or Home Depot. To me it is worth the slight cost increase and I hope it's worth it to you as well.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I got just what I wanted and was in and out in less than 10 minutes even when getting custom lengths of chain. So much easier than a big box home improvement store.

I needed help finding and choosing an electric drill and bits. The store clerk showed me the choices available and patiently explained how they operated. He found the perfect drill to meet my at home needs. Nice work!

Anytime I have a project where I need nuts and bolts - this is my first stop - helpful staff. Had many keys cut here too and never a problem. Next time I bust a bolt on an auto repair I will be back here. If you wrench you know it's not if you break bolts.... It's when

The staff here are always very friendly, and there are always plenty of cashiers so you don't have to wait to check out. It has a great selection considering its size. In short, it's out favorite local hardware shop.

Staff is extremely helpful. Walked in with "thing" in my hand and said need one of these. 2 minutes later we were in the aisle being handed our replacement. Everytime I come here I am reminded why I prefer this to box box stores.

This is my local hardware shop. I am usually in and out in under 10 minutes. Customer service is typically good. You might pay a tad more than the big box hardware stores, but it seems fully worth it to me to avoid the warehouse feel.

Only place in the area that had a snowblower in stock. Super friendly service. Helped out getting it into my car. Didn't want to fit anywhere.

Friendly and helpful staff, I called looking for a Thermos and a cashier named Sarah was so nice, she pulled the product off the shelf and held it at the desk for me to make my shopping experience easier!
