Had an awesome experience doing my shipment at the ups store. Great customer service and the staff was very informative about the service that they provide. I will be recommending to friends and loved ones this location is extremely helpful!!

I choose UPS every chance I get! I am new to Wilton and met the employees of UPS at Wilton River Park plaza. Steve and Yovanny were knowledgeable, helpful, and I genuinely look forward to going to this location because of the people working there - they’re that kind!

I recently went here to ship my EXTRA large package to Coxsackie, NY. The guys here were terrific about taking my Coxsackie package and guiding it to the right place, and even helped me make it nice and snug in a tight brown box that they were eager to provide. Thank you for taking my Coxsackie package and making sure it gets to where its supposed to be!

PERFECT SCORE FOR THESE GENTLEMEN. I had a shipping problem when my cats hair-loss medication was lost. The fellows here knew exactly what to do to track it down and helped me though a very stressfull time. Now my wifes beloved little kitty is no longer hairless! Thank you!!

My girlfriend uses a smaller box because she only receives smaller packages when she goes here. I usually handle the bigger packages, the kind that make you walk funny on the way to the car, so I use the dropoff service where you pay by the inch for the packages you send and receive. My girlfriend is very happy with the service fees for her small box though, so I'll consider using her small box for my smaller package shipments in the future.

These guys. THESE GUYS! They're the best guys. Only the best. They know shipping and they know how to get a job done right. Especially putting up with customers from this hoidy-toidy area who think they're better than anyone else. THESE GUYS know how to get things done. Ignore anything bad anyone else says. The biggest problem these guys have is having customers who expect the world to fall at their feet just because they walked through the door. BEST. GUYS. EVER.

I ship a package to my grandchildren every year for the holidays and I always have the young men working here pack it for me. They are very helpful, and delighted to help me package my fudgy treats for my grandsons. If you ever need to ship fudge to anyone, it can get very messy if you don't do it right! Make sure to ship your fudge and candy here, and have them pack it for you! They are the best fudge packers in town!

great services. if you know how to use ups, you are golden if you come here. its good stuff. from good people. good guys all around. anyone who complains about it is probably a mentally unstable troglodyte who sniffed too much glue in community college

I've used UPS stores since they were Mail Boxes, Etc, and even worked at an MBE in 1989, and this is hands-down my favorite. They know me on site, even though I'm only there every couple of months, and everyone is helpful and friendly. They've packaged for me, shipped for me, and received some seriously heavy deliveries for me, and have always been friendly and welcoming. Can't say enough.

I went to the USPS about 6min away and they laughed at me because I didn’t have a shipping label and refused to help me.

It was such a relief to come to the UPS Store here and not only get help with a shipping label but receive excellent service that made me laugh instead!
