After having the iphone 7, for what feels like ages, i was finally convinced to get a new phone by the employee Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable and went into detail about the products and services T-mobile has to offer! Not only did I leave the store with a brand new iphone 15, but I also got an ipad for school (which i will be using religiously), all thanks to Jonathan. This man deserves a raise, no kidding ! The customer service and trust that Jonathan brings to t-mobile is unmatched, i will only be coming to this store for future purchases because of him!

Keith at the Cibolo TX Tmobile store was awesome. He informed us of all the new features on the phone was very polite. He informed us of the new military plans that we were totally not even aware of. This gentleman is a great candidate for a promotion to store manager.

The staff at this location are amazing! Big thank you to the manager Jonathan for helping me with our bill. My husband getting deployed and I was scared of what our bill would be with him over seas. He listened to my concerns and gave us the best deal! He was even able to lower our monthly bill. Thank you so much !

I’ve never been happier than to have met a more helpful and cheerful employee. Jonathan at the Cibolo location made my day. I went into the store in tears because my phone had broken. Not only was Jonathan able to upgrade me to a new phone but he was able to get my phone bill down. I wasn’t aware T-Mobile had so many perks for customers. Not only did he fix all my problems that day but he put a smile back on my face. He was so patient even thought I was all over the place that day. I really want his supervisors to know that he did an awesome job. I love love T-Mobile.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Jonathan Rosales was a tremendous help in finding all my needs. He was patient with (what seemed like a million questions that I had).. and thoroughly explained everything. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service and will forever be grateful with how much money he’s helped me save. Love the generosity and will continue to support T-mobile as long as I get to work with him!!!

Jonathan took the time to look up and show me what my options were concerning my desired upgrade and filled me in on how the choices would affect my current billing situation (including promotionals). When I mentioned another concern around a non tmobile wearable I owned on my plan, he didn't pressure me into a purchase and instead let me research what I needed to do before making a wearable purchase. I definitely would and did come back for another addition to my account the next day. Happy to have a neighborhood location with knowledgeable staff and great management.

If your looking for customer service at its finest you need to make a visit to the T-Mobile store in Cibolo. They greet you as soon as you walk thru their doors, eager to assist, explain any deals & ready to troubleshoot any issues. Shout out to Jonathan, D'Angelo & Keith for always going above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much. I think they should be awarded '" BEST" store for Customer service! A banner noting that would be so awesome!

This is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had with T-Mobile. Not only were they swift but incredibly knowledgeable with getting everything setup, but the manager Jonathan went the extra mile to get everything ready. I will 100% be back in the future.

My iPhone 15 was stolen! When I received my replacement, I rushed to my Cibolo T-Mobile store for assistance. Jonathan immediately began to help with a new screen protector and made it super easy to data transfer. Jonathan has provided the best customer service of any phone company I’ve ever had. Today was our first visit to the TMobile store in Cibolo and the team there didn’t disappoint. Our sales agent, Keith went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He went through every option and ensured we got every discount the company had! Additionally, the manager went to 2 stores to get the Apple Watch we wanted. They all went above and beyond to ensure our happiness.

Jen was the best associate I have ever encountered, she assisted me to the best degree I have ever seen! All the other associates were okay but she was great. If I could give 10 stars I would. Me and all this new age technology do not mix but miss Jen helped me every step of the way!

I had a great one on one person co tact this morning w/ Keith. I had some nightmare convos with the online customer service and Keith was able to correct the problem in less than 5 mins. Plus he changed out my screen protector. Great experience. I've never been disappointed with this store and the staff I interact with. Thanks again Keith!

Keith and Yasmiyne were AWESOME. They were very thorough in explaining our different options as far as payments, plans, and accessories. They were very friendly with not just with us, with other customers in the store as well. We were very pleased with our experience.

Jonathan was amazing at helping me switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. He properly explained all of my benefits and even went above and beyond in helping me get $4,000 back in my pocket to pay off my phones from Verizon! Everyone at the store looked so happy to be there and of course you can’t forget about how Jonathan loves to dance while helping out his customers. 10/10 would recommend and if you’re at AT&T or Verizon you need to visit this store to start saving money IMMEDIATELY!

I wanted to give a five star to Mr. Jonathan who was more than helpful in getting me setup with a new phone, he found and told me about an awesome deal that was available for me and was able to troubleshoot and fix my issue.
He was beyond patient with me which took over 1 to fix my problems and update everything on my new phone.
