Had a great experience here when lo9king to upgrade my phone. Meagan was incredibly nice and helpful, and even though we didn't get a new phone (due to supply shortages) I would definitely go back here for help. It's farther from where I live but we got way more help and kindness here than the TMobile store in Garner at 40/42.

Our family wanted to get away from Metro PCS. My husband and I came into the store about an hour ago, just to get an idea of we wanted to go with tmobile or not (being that they also own Metro PCS).

This store has such amazing staff. Seriously, each of them had such great personalities and energy. It kind of felt like the show Cheers, with the "Where everybody knows your name" vibe. Sweet, full of knowledge, extremely professional, very helpful and they were all such a refreshing joy to be with along with the agent who helped us, Dar'rell worked his tookas off managing all of our needs and porting and juggling for us. (Talk about multi tasking skills!)

Very well spoken, very well organized, had all the answers for us...and then some, addressed all of our needs and concerns and took the time to liaten to the issues we were experiencing in order to take to the right plans and equipment to meet our needs.

I honestly would highly recommend this store for anybody.

Wonderful experience at the T-Mobile store! I would like to extend my special gratitude to the employee Victor, who assisted me in opening a new business tariff plan and meticulously worked through all the settings of the new plan on my device. He devoted more than 1.5 hours of his working time to ensure everything was set up correctly, and continued to answer additional inquiries even after completing his work. Thank you Victor and T-Mobile for the high level of service!

Jennifer was incredible! We came in so frustrated with our current provider and she set us up beautifully. The next day, I got free full internet on my American Airlines flight.

I walked into T-Mobile in Cary and explained to Megan and Victor what was going on and how another location wasn’t as helpful with me trying to purchase the new IPhone 14Pro. Megan sat me down and she walked me through all my options and they had the phone and color in the store so I went on and purchased. Everything was transferred over and she wouldn’t let me leave until I was satisfied. So Happy with the service I received from that location and everyone in it that evening and happy with my phone!!!!

Also thank you for passing along the info to Victor who was also a HUGE help today getting me fully transferred and even helping me out with auto pay, all those confusing monthly cost numbers, and even upgrading my phone device. We were having issues with one of our phones and we went to this location for help. I am not the most technical guy in the world and websites and things make me anxious. Dee greeted us as we came in and from that moment on everything seemed easy. She helped with calling T-Mobile and getting all the information needed from our phone. Everything was excellent. With the way all retail is going right now it was a true pleasure to be helped by someone so compassionate and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and we will definitely come back to this location.

I came to this location to get a new phone for my son and as it turned out I was able to get an upgrade on my phone as well. They were so patient and helpful. They asked questions to find out exactly what would work best for us and hooked my son up with a great phone for gaming that he loves and the best part is it was at a much better price point than the one I would have selected for him that wouldn’t have suited his gaming needs. They put on cases, screen protectors and everything! Victor helped me pick out the perfect new iPhone for me. He showed me a gold one that I had no idea that I would love!! Without his input I would have a plain white phone instead of the beautiful one that I am obsessed with! He helped me find a clear case to show it off. They switched my daughter over to my existing iPhone as well. Also With the money I saved on his phone I was able to buy Apple watches for myself and my daughter since they had a sweet deal going on. I live about 30 minutes from this location and as my phone and my daughters watch had to be sent(arrived in 2 days) so I went to a closer store to my house to get help with activation and set up. After waiting in line for 30 minutes at that store without so much as a hello, we left and drove out to Cary. Dee welcomed us with a cheerful voice and great attitude making us feel like she was happy that we came in. What a huge difference in the customer service! They both went above and beyond getting us set up and happy and trust me it was a process!! I’m not very tech savvy and they answered so many questions for me. They are super knowledgeable. They were both so patient and engaging and the vibe in this store was amazing! I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had on both visits. Also another lady helped me as well on my initial visit and I wish I would have have gotten her name because she was delightful as well. Also worth mentioning that they are on point with social distancing and covid protocols! I like going places where I feel safe and they didn’t disappoint. I won’t go to a different TMobile store after this. My daughter can’t stop playing with her new Apple watch and we decided we will be back for those Apple AirPods soon!!

I had a major malfunction of my own doing and went to the T Mobile 8204 Tryon Woods Cary store. Robert Petrolino helped me. First, he diagnosed my phone malfunction. Then, he presented me with different options to fix my phone. After a few decisions and changing my mind, he fixed my phone and set me up with a new account and phone to save me money. This guy was unbelievably patient with me. And it took awhile to take care of my situation. I hope his employers appreciate him. He really is a great representative of the company. B Fanning

this is the only sprint/t-mobile store to use. megan and victor are very knowledgeable, smart, savvy and incredibly accommodating. it was a pleasure doing biz with them. they will give u best deals and service ever !

I went to T-Mobile and bought 2 cell phones and had the best experience with the customer service, especially with manager Dee. She helped me with all my questions and was super helpful.

Meagan (tryon rd location, Cary) was so awesome to work with, very patient and has a great professionalism about her! Great job and thank you so much for everything you do for your customers. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Christian L. Was an absolute pleasure to work with. We upgraded a line, migrated to the Tmobile network from Sprint. He was knowledgable and answered any qestion/ concern I had.

I love the staff at the store. I feel at home every time I visit. There was a point that I was going to give up on T-Mobile as a company but when I came back they all welcome me and my family with open arms So because of this staff I will not leave T-Mobile unless the company as a whole gives me a reason to do so. Went in yesterday with multiple things to accomplish, was met at the door by a gentleman named rob, from the very beginning you could tell that he cared and was fully attentive in addressing my needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. Thanks rob!

I wish there was an option for a 10 star rating. Great customer service! If you are having trouble with your phone - or in my case the charging cable - take it to this T-Mobile store. I was having trouble with my phone not charging. The 1st thing they did was check to see if the problem was the phone or the cord. It was the cord and since my phone was less than a year old they gave me a FREE cord they had in the back. Now THAT is customer service.

Stopped by T-mobile and was surprised to see Rob woking there. Once again he gave top notch service. My phone was having issues and he was able to figure out why I couldn't get my iPhone to stop freezing. Thanks again always a pleasure and my phone works !!!

These guys were absolutely amazing. We were helped right away. They were super patient with me. Hooked up all of our devices. They couldn’t have been nicer people or better employees.
