This is an amazing company! Their products are fun and great quality and their customer service is outstanding! I have never had any issues any time I contact them, they a very happy to help sort out and issues you may have. They also send some pretty funny emails.

First and foremost, the products are amazing and soft!!! I gift them and everyone loves them!!!
Second, I had an issue with a size and it was completely my fault because I ordered the wrong size. Cara in customer service was absolutely a gem!!! She help me correct it and sent out the new pair very quickly. And then the mailman gave me an empty package with an I'm sorry note attached to it. I was so disappointed that I still didn't get my package that I had ordered. Cara came to the rescue once more!! I finally got my order and was able to give my Valentine his gift. He absolutely loves them!!!
Customer service for this company is outstanding and that's just not a thing lately with many companies. I'm very happy with shinesty, their products and their support team! Great job!! And whoever is Cara's boss, she totally deserves a raise!!! She's rocking it.

Been hooked since my 1st pair. These are the only underwear I own now. I love them, great martial and long lasting when you take care of them correctly. Email & Text message are sure to put a smile on your face, always funny. To top it all off they have a great customer service department! They have a customer here for a long time. Thanks!

I've had an ongoing subscription for over a year now and my boyfriend absolutely loves the boxers. I have fun getting to pick the goofy prints for him too. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. Alexandria was AMAZING and responded to my email so quickly! She had a new confirmation number to me immediately and saved the day! The best customer service I believe I've ever dealt with!

My husband is as "frugal" as they come and there was no way he was going to spend the money for these "fancy" underwear, so I caught a deal over Christmas and bought him a few pairs. HE LOVES THEM so I got less flack from him when he asked me how much they cost. This is a classic "you get what you pay for" situation; I went ahead and ordered him a couple more. One of the new pairs had a defective waistband. I took a picture and emailed it off to Shinesty; I quickly received a response apologizing and stating that they would be sending out a replacement pair right away. Great product and even better customer service.

I love my Shinesty skivvies! I had several pairs of them already and so I reorder more...but apparently reordered the wrong ones. Their customer service was fantastic and promptly resupplied me with the ones that worked best for me. They are my go to brand now. Weird writing a review of underwear but they are incredibly comfortable and worth it. Their customer service team made me like them even more.

I ordered this for xmas for my bf, wrong sz (oops! and realize this was my fault but was having exchange issues) I chatted with Tin online, and it was resolved relatively quickly. Thanks Tin!!!! This company is incredible. I ordered a pair of boxers and it said they were delivered but I never got them. Reached out to customer service & within hours they had already shipped me a new pair with no charge! I highly recommend! They do it different & they do it better than the others.

Got a subscription delivery that I felt was a little too suggestive, reverb think I love the playful prints. When I messaged support, no questions asked! Another less digestive print was sent out right away! No questions asked customer service? Seems gross that anymore??? Easy to go customer service, y'all impressed! Completely

100% the best customer service! They were very prompt at replacing my order that was never delivered to me. By my fault it was sent to the wrong address and I’m not sure if they kept it or someone stole the package but I contacted Shinesty customer service and they were kind and helpful. Also there underwear is amazing my husband goes through underware so quick but these have lasted over a year!!!
