Alyssa from Starbucks is a QUEEN. She constantly makes the best peppermint mocha I have ever had. I know this is a bold statement BUT I stand by it. Thank you so much, queen!

For your holidays or during your holidays if you shop here expect the minimalist customer service the last time I came to this location and shopped for a few things in my beautiful morning the as it was I was not recognized as a customer or human being the clerk tending me turned her back while she had a conversation with another person employee about some garbage in a plastic bag that what I overheard did not fit whatever it is she was talking about did not greet me did not speak to me did not accnoulage me for any reason. I am now reluctant to say you have lost a customer for your consideration and customer service.

Who doesn't love Kingsoopers? The mere convenience of their many locations in the metro area speaks volumes about the brand. I love the deli lunches they have.. very affordable and realistic. Staff at this location are very friendly, and the place is extremely clean. I highly recommend visiting this specific location and then pay a visit to the park by REI with a picnic. (Especially in the Fall) [pro tip: Stop at DBC for a 6 pack to take to the park]

(August 3, 2023) This guy wearing a green shirt followed me across town and then parked directly behind me? 😳 [he appeared to be taking pictures of my vehicle] (bizzare) I have never met him before.

Not as big as my local Kings . But if you have to be downtown. This is the Kings for you. It might be better if you walk or Uber. To this location. But it least when you can find parking it's free

Clean and simple. Average prices downtown. Was just there at 9:50 right before it closed and Quincy at checkout is very personable and super helpful! Only issue is the same issue with all stores, they should pay there workers more.

This place made our CO trip possible. We were in the chip/cookie section at least 2 times a day. Denver made me munchie. Donuts were FIRE. thanks team!

Wow. Murray’s cheese tasting experience in King Soopers was absolutely incredible thanks to William. William took the time to educate and us and his passion for the cheeses was truly inspiring. I felt like we experienced cheese on a whole new level today. Many thanks and we are looking forward to cooking up a delicious 3 cheese macaroni!

William always gives the best cheese suggestions! He's never steered me wrong and he's super friendly. The meat and seafood counter staff are also always very helpful and polite.

Everything was relatively easy to find and didn't really need any help.

Great store, my go-to store in the neighborhood, clean some homeless store management & and security does do a great job keeping it a safe clean store.

Great location. Always a few police officers in the store. You need a code to use the restroom. It's a smaller King Soopers. The side entrance and pharmacy entrance from Chestnut are permanently closed. A great helpful staff, all the regular grocery store items, and lots of self checkout lanes that are well supported. Made to serve an urban population, most customers only buy what they can carry home.

Best King Soopers in the downtown area! Hands down! Friendly staff. I do find the constant police presence to be a little unnerving but Its better then being accosted by one of the many crazy people that tend to hang out on the premises. Favorite last stop before jumping on the commuter line back home.

Great location! This is a smaller grocery store so it doesn’t have the wide selection that the suburban location has but it certainly has everything you need. I love the bulk section! They even have grind your own peanut butter. And Steve, the cashier is the best! He is so enthusiastic and makes my day every time I see him!

The customer service has improved greatly. These are organized and there are always people ready to assist you and you look like you're lost. and when there's something you don't want they do have a sticker that gives you the substitute item for free because they didn't have what you ask for... Make sure you ask the worker for that sticker and they are glad to accommodate. Management has changed and it's a great place.

Clean and fabulous. You can come here and enjoy a full deli, bakery, sushi, & your starbucks. The aisles are a little narrow compared to other locations, but the other amenities make up for it. The staff is very friendly. Quick checkout no matter what time of day.

Fresh Ingredients, helpful staff, and luv that they deliver. I did a comparison to other markets and surprisingly King Soopers prices were on point.

Pretty good selection for a downtown store. Reasonable prices, cheaper than Whole Foods by far, also cheaper than Safeway. Free parking adjacent if necessary. Bakery is not great, I would steer clear of the muffins especially.

Very clean store, brand new as of 2015. There is actually parking here as well (covered on the ground level, for customers only). Only a 10 minute walk (~3 blocks) from Union Station.

The store is tighter than most King Soopers locations, but that should be expected in a downtown location. They do have all the standard departments though, including a Starbucks. Grab and go items are right up front if you need to run in really quick.

Staff has been friendly everytime I've been in and they always have cashiers available as well as self-checkout.

I love this grocery store. Extended hours for my hectic schedule, such a convenient location, plus the employees are the nicest!! Tim tonight helped me select, weigh, as well as bag my fresh produce!!! Can't beat it. 5/5
