I am writing this review to commend two employees at this location for being amazing and more knowledgeable than most Verizon employees I've met in being a customer of Verizon for a number of years.
Kayla is an employee there that you would want to work with hands down. She knows her stuff and works with you to get exactly what you need for your plans and devices and exactly how to get the job done through the system Verizon provides that is less than stellar. Her co worker, Motez, was also very helpful in getting the job done displaying exceptional knowledge and helpfulness.

I appreciate feeling like employees genuinely are trying to help me as a person over trying to just sell me a new something. Thank you guys~

This review is being written following my visit to the Verizon store in Totowa, NJ, on Rt. 46, following the assistance I received from their customer service representative Kayla P.

I own a Google Pixel 2XL smart phone and needed help with certain Settings. Arriving at the store with a 2PM appointment, made earlier, I was promptly greeted by Kayla who offered to assist me. We then sat down to discuss my issues.

A good number of questions were posed to Kayla all of which she quickly and skilfully addressed with aplomb. Using my phone, Kayla showed me several commands that resulted in my now being able, for example, to quickly access my destination listing when downloading a new GPS Ap.

In my case, I now wanted to use Google Maps, abandoning Scout GPS due to it being phased out, as well as it recently failing to perform when needed on the road. Kayla quickly found my "lost" list of destinations that I had tried to transfer from Scout to Google Maps. I was immediately impressed with Kayla's knowledge and style, her degree of patience and understanding notwithstanding!

In addition to my now being able to have Google Maps on my phone along with my original destination list, Kayla performed a quick "clean-up" of my phone in order to determine that my current Settings were not unnecessarily draining my battery.

Kayla is to commended for upholding Verizon's Mission Statement towards providing excellent customer service regardless if that customer was not in the market for an upgrade or new device. Thank you Kayla!

Our guy Keith was super super nice! One of the nicest cellphone store associates I’ve ever encountered, didn’t try to push or up-sell us with stuff we didn’t need. Just helped us out, got us all set up and had us on our way!

We switched from AT&T to Verizon today. It was a lengthy process especially getting verified by the Verizon fraud department however Fabian was super patient, very informative and gave us first class service. We upgraded from a iPhone mini 12 to a iPhone 14 pro Max. Fabian explained step by step the process, payment, accessories and warranty. If you need an upgrade or new iPhone go see Fabian. Valerie the general manager would also stop by from time to time to check up on us to ensure all was good. Very professional!

Kayla was amazing, been dealing with issues with Verizon since 10am- getting 100 different answers to a situation. Kayla helped me immediately and she was the only associate out of 5 to help me. She’s beyond empathetic and knowledgeable.

Compared to another Verizon store I went to, the manager herself acknowledged us when we arrived and checked us in right away. We were treated respectfully and all employees were very courteous. We had to wait a while because all employees were busy helping others at that time. But when it was our turn to be helped, the employee who helped us out (the manager herself) was very caring and helpful. She helped us find exactly all the accessories we needed and patiently answered all our questions. She was so helpful and caring with our needs. I highly recommend this Verizon store and all the caring employees there are great. Keep up the excellent work and please let the manager and employees at this store know of their great customer service!

I had such a great customer service at that location. I went there twice and had two different employees help me I Can’t remember both employees names are (I think of their names was Ron?). The other employees’ name was Donald, he went above and beyond for me. The manager was Professional kind and very informative. I definitely recommend this location, I can’t stress enough how kind and professional they were to me.

Very surprised, this was my first use with Verizon Wireless and what an experience. Superior & Excellent customer service! (T-Mobile will never surpass the standards Verizon offers)…

STEVE IS THE MANN!!!!!!! Was having these issues where I couldn’t receive texts or access my voicemails and he fixed it with his first idea (a month long problem). SOOOOO FREAKIN HAPPY!!! You da man Steve! So grateful we got someone who knows what they’re doing.

I went to this Verizon store after being sorely disappointed at another location due to ineptness of that salesperson. In this Totowa store, I had the exact opposite experience. A gentleman named German helped me. He was knowledgeable, professional and super polite which is sadly lacking these days. He took time explaining the options and showing me additional items with no pressure to buy. Once I decided on the phone I wanted, he set it up and make sure everything was working before I left the store. A truly positive experience!

I showed up at this store with 3 questions and concerns. I was greeted with professionalism, Covid protocols completely on point and a client advisor “MR MIGUEL” who was knowledgeable in every aspect of his job. He was professional and efficient and reminded me why I would never trade
My Verizon service for any other inferior product. The process inside of the store was like a well oiled machine. I observed the manager juggling multiple things at the same time and didn’t think he noticed me, but I was amazed when it was my turn he was fully in control and new whose turn it was to be serviced and delegated gracefully. Now that guy is definitely an asset to the organization. Don’t know his name, but if I had to describe him I would say he’s got some great taste in sneakers! Verizon Totowa you are the dream team.

Kayla was very professional informative knowledgeable and made our vist to Verizon pleasurable. I would recommend Kayla to anyone who visits the Verizon store on rt 46 in Little Falls.

I very been to this location several times. I usually have a pretty good experience. But this time it was above and beyond. I think her name was Marwah and she was the best. Super friendly, very helpful. Thank you!!

I got my sim card here, quick and easy service, walked in got my sim card he activated it and I left. Very posh and sheek feel to the store not crowded at all, and great device accessories like chargers, earphones etc. definitely if you need things done go here.

Had a very helpful rep got me hooked up with my new plan and phone easily and happily. Would definitely return to this location
