Saks Fifth Avenue

Saks saved me when I received my latest bottle of MFK BR540 (the large one!) and it smelled like nothing. Nothing! It literally smelled like rubbing alcohol :(

I brought it back under their awesome return policy and the very helpful sales associates were able to help me exchange the bottle for a different perfume altogether (Creed Acqua Fiorentina). They were very helpful with great suggestions and were generous with their samples too. I will definitely come back to this Saks!

This review is based on the perfume counters at Saks. I'm very into fragrances and wanted to smell some of the impressive selections available here. If you love fragrances, this is a beautiful experience. The salespeople were so helpful and patient, offering their testers and discussing fragrance notes. Yes, these perfumes are expensive. But at least you get to really experience the fragrance and compare it to numerous other great choices before you make a purchase. As we lose so many brick and mortar retail stores, I really miss experiences like this and I enjoyed it so much. Purchased Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt, Byredo Bal d'Afrique.

Very good store has everything you need I grabbed a Gucci bag. And some colognes. As well as a Louis Vuitton belt and some coach slippers

A lot of really nice products. Staff is friendly and welcoming. A great place to take a wife or girlfriend on an anniversary date.

If you feel that the flagship store in NYC is crowded, you can still find a couple peices located in the American Dream mall. I had a wonderful experience with the assistance from a Store Associate named Lily who know exactly what I needed for my birthday outfit. I'm glad to be a saks fifth customer.

I am very happy that we have a saks fifth Avenue in NJ. Such a fashionable store. I highly recommend this store instead of going to NYC.

Went to return an item and try on some winter coats, and it was a pleasant visit. The employee who helped me (Mayra) was wonderful!
