AT&T Store

Chris was attentive and patient with all my question. He asked to understand and was able to give me answers for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which has made me love being an AT&T customer for so many years❤!!He also talked about the home internet options. I'm so excited! 😆

This store has excellent service. Help is provided in multiple languages. Chris was very insightful and patient with us.

The manager of the store Jim was extremely pleasant welcoming to his store completely knowledgeable of every product in his store. He explained to us all of the plans that were available and which plan would be best for us. He took the time with us to make us feel comfortable. Jim was professional and spoke assuring us that everything would would work out with our plan. He took the time to assist an elderly woman who walked in the store very upset that her phone was wasn't connecting and he reassured her that everything Wilkins be ok that he would make sure he phone was working. This type of person you do not find anymore Jim was an exemplary gentleman and in control of the situation. All in all would recommend all my friends to visit Jim’s store!! Give him 10 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

He was patient, courteous, and willing to explore all options needed in order to resolve my problem. I strongly advise patronizing this location for your AT&T products and services!

Jim was really attentive worker there and he helped me choose my case for my new iPhone 13. He even installed my new case and screensaver for me without any problems and even asked me kindly to do so.

Chris was very helpful and kind My phone was dead and I was lost I did not know the area at all so I followed a car and saw an AT&T on my next available right thank God Chris was willing and able to help me. He allowed me to charge my phone and also sold me a phone charger for my car, but not in a pushy way. He said to me “you don’t have to buy this charger but I recommend it so that you’re not in the situation again” he supplied my demand, simple and effective sales person. This AT&T is blessed to have Chris.

Upgraded my Zflip to the newest Zflip4, Jim & Chris couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Very personable yet professional workers, always come back to this specific location just to work with them. Husband came in not that interested in upgrading his iphone, but these guys showed him some deals that saved us money in the end if he got the upgrade. I would recommend using this AT&T retail store. My husband and I spent 2 hours with the store manager, Jim, who was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful to us to resolve all of our issues we had with our cell phones and also with billing issues due to the unprofessional and very bad experience we had prior at another AT&T dealer store.

The store itself is very nice, very clean, and has a lot of accessories to choose from not to mention all of the different cell phones on display. Jim as well as the other store representatives are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful. We will only go to this AT&T location. Thank you Jim for all of your help.

I always have a pleasant experience at this store. I recently had to go to upgrade my mom’s phone. Jim, the manager who took care of me, has a great personality and was very helpful, knowledgeable and super patient. In the past I’ve also worked with the other salesman and he’s great as well. Sorry I forgot his name! But he’s awesome too.
It’s also important to mention that I felt safe in the store as it is kept very clean and they have hand sanitizer available for the customer’s use.
I have an AT&T store closer to home but I rather drive the extra mile to go to this location where I know these guys really know what they’re doing and are always looking out for the best interest of the customer.

We were purchasing new iPhone 13 yesterday in Secaucus store on meadowland’s pkwy, I wanted to share , in all my 60 yrs on this planet , I’ve never experienced stellar customer service anywhere like we did in this store! Above and beyond does not even describe the genuine care we received ! I can’t say enough ! The store manager was the Ace of aces, while still in training a newer associate, he was phenomenally brilliant!
I highly recommend using this store and switching to AT&T, I’ve been a customer now for 15 yrs ! Would never go to another provider! Customer service of excellence!

Best AT&T store. Very professional and helpful staff . Jim & Osman are very kind and helpful .Jim helped to resolve a billing issue that I encountered while upgrading a line few months back. Even though I moved from Secaucus , I drove 30 miles here to upgrade to pro max .

Amazing, they are simply amazing. The agent Chris and the manager Jim were super attentive, helpful, gave us a lot of options, very human and friendly. You should definitely go there, they will have the best solution for you. 💯

Jim was had a warm personality , he made us feel at home, he empathized with us. It felt as though my fiancé and I knew him for years he accommodated is with the current climate.
