AT&T Store

I have been going to this AT&T store for years. I highly recommend this store whenever anyone has any issues with their account or needs an upgrade. Everyone is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lou as I came in today and he was able to help me with my trade in. As well as add an additional line without any issues. He answered every question I had. This man deserves a raise. Thank you so much Lou.

The team at this store is AMAZING! The gentlemen who helped me were kind and very knowledgeable! They helped me transfer everything to my new phone easily and even taught me how to use some of the features I was unfamiliar with! Thank you again!!

I had to go to the AT&T store to have my AT&T plan changed to an unlimited data plan. Everything went very smoothly, and I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Most of my time was spent looking at new telephones. Great store great service!

I came in to upgrade my Galaxy S21 and the service was superb! Uigraded to the Galaxy S23 Ultra and the phone is great! Paul from AT&T was so helpful. I would never go anywhere else! Although I am a huge fan of AT&T - the Hackensack location is a hidden gem! Lou is the very best. He is friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable!

Recently went to trade in 4 phones. Lou could not have been nicer and easier to work with. Great experience, great customer service and great store. I witnessed the staff interact with multiple customers who entered with issues and everyone was treated the same and taken care of. I will be going back for all my cell phone needs.

They were very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for and I was able to get the latest phone at the best price.

My family and I have been loyal customers of AT&T for over 20 years and frequented another AT&T location near by. But, after a terrible experience, we needed a new location and a family member recommended this one. I’m so glad we were. Every person I’ve come in contact with is helpful and friendly. They take their time with you to address your needs. Tonight I was helped by Louis and another associate. Louis not only helped me, but help 4 other clients at the same time with ease and professionalism. Answering all questions and setting up new phones without sweating it. I cannot recommend this store enough. I’m definitely going to be a returning customer for years to come.

We been going to this location since my husband and I started living together and had lots of services resolved by the owner and the staffs such as broken phones, new line, new number(found me a good number for my business). Their service is top notch, quick, reliable and they always suggest good deal’s available! No complaints. Good business.
