Female employee was great. Took her time to make a sample hot beverage to make sure I would like the drink. Ordered the drink and was great. Nice store with lots of easy parking. I will return.

A happy manager and happy people make better drinks. It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. He made our drinks a few days in a row and my husband noticed the difference too!

Nice vibes at this Starbucks branch. Very clean and seemed organized though after the Holiday rush everyone is out at stores haha. Good service overall.

I recently stopped by Starbucks just as they were about to close for the day, and I must say, it turned out to be a great experience. Despite the late hour, I decided to order a latte, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beverage. The latte was rich, creamy, and had the perfect balance of espresso and milk. It was evident that the baristas hadn't compromised on the quality of their craft. I truly appreciated the attention to detail that went into making my latte, even at that late hour.
Parking was a breeze; I easily found a spot right by the entrance. The convenience made my visit even better.
What really stood out was the staff. Despite the late hour, they were quick, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to serve. Their upbeat attitude created a welcoming vibe that made me feel valued.
The latte was spot-on, parking was hassle-free! If you're looking for a great coffee spot any time of day, I highly recommend this location.

I was there last week and the service was great. My drink came out quick and tasted perfect. I had the opportunity to have a great conversation with a barista named Joey. Very sweet guy and overall a very sweet store.

Every time I order my coffee here before work it’s always ready and delicious. When I come inside to order it’s even better because the baristas are such sweethearts. Their drinks are fabulous and I am so lucky this is my Starbucks right by my house.

Omg my fiance and I got here at 8:55pm, as we drove off thinking it was closed we hear God's voice saying "we are still open". Served us amazing coffee and gave us gift cards for waiting. The night shift is awesome and I just want you guys to know you made our night. Much love and peace ✌

The manager is very helpful. We come here often however today we came for the pop-up party and my daughter does not drink espresso so she couldn't get her free drink but rather purchased her regular drink. Manager asked her and got her a free drink that she liked and allowed her to enjoy her free drink. Is that whole customer experience that makes this a great Starbucks

Great Starbucks. All their food is so fresh. I ordered 2 sandwiches, cake pops, salted caramel cold brew and a white chocolate mocha latte. The latte took long to come out so the manager walked over to my husband and gave him a 5$ gift card. Definitely my favorite Starbucks!

Barista Kathleen is always kind, helpful, willing to give a suggestion and genuinely happy to be there. I can tell that she is a strong leader just in the time that I have observed her working whe I wait for my order.
She so Deserves a raise!

This is my Sunday Starbucks and IMHO one of the best stores period. It's a busy store. Orders are delivered quickly and accurately. Everyone who works here is super nice. The place is clean and neat.

Best Starbucks I've ever been to. Very friendly service and always very clean. The staff also seems to have a strong sense of patriotism and appreciation for Service Members and Veterans, which is always nice to see!

Let me tell those who read this comment, this place is the best of all the ones I have visited to this day, do you know why? because the bathroom and the establishment is very clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly

Nice quiet Starbucks with lots of outlets and places to work. Since they don't have a drive through, service at the counter is excellent. Great crew. No complaints.

I love this store. Line can sometimes look very long but the staff keeps it moving. The coffee/tea & pastry products are just so worth the few (yes only few minutes) minutes on line.

Easy in and out. If you do mobile order, there are other stores next door to visit while waiting. Alternative restaurants available, too, if Starbucks food isn't your thing.

The best Starbucks in miles. The baristas here are superstar magicians with the drinks!! Supped the family up getting weekend mornings pumpkin cold brews here!!

Employees were so kind. Credit card machine was down and they compes us two drinks. Make sure you tip these hard workers.
