Starbucks

I ordered a coffee traveler today and the cashier said it would be 30 minutes. It ended up being maybe 3-4 minutes longer and the sweet girl apologized and gave me a gift card for a free drink! She was also very helpful and packed up the traveler with lots of sugars and cream! It was nice to see someone that still has a good work ethic and I wanted to recognize good customer service!

This Starbucks location has the best drive through service in our area!! I never have to wait long for my order no matter how many cars are in line. Kudos to the baristas and the manager!

I had a great experience at this Starbucks location! Ray was so wonderful and helpful! I was unsure when I arrived on what to order, she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect drink :-)

Good stuff, good staff, and all in a very pleasant mood to interact with despite all of the negative and annoying issues we all have to deal with day in and day out through this pandemic. Convenient and nice little outdoor seating area with wifi for anyone who needs to do a little work or just access the web. Good people here and I enjoy seeing them when I can.

First visit. EVERY associate was kind, polite, and professional. Thank you all for a great visit. Lets be clear, it wasn't the name of the company that made the difference, it was the working people of the company that made the difference.

Let me just tell you…I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever! Stephanie was working drive thru, she helped my newly dairy-free self customize a delicious drink. She was so energy and joyful through the whole experience—it felt like she was genuinely excited to help me get this amazing drink. And when she handed it to me, she asked me to come back and tell her how I liked it. All the while, she had the biggest smile on her face.

I own a business, and if I was hiring at the moment, I would have poached her in a second! She is the kind of employee that businesses need as their face!

*and side note: when she asked the size I wanted, she immediately said, “small, medium, or large?” Which might be very un-Starbucks speak, but it can sound so confusing to new Starbucks customers to hear “tall, grande, venti.” I am a seasoned Starbucks customer, but still really appreciated her extra step to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

Hold on to her, because I might need to come back and poach her one day!

Very friendly service! I'm not a hug fan of their coffee, but they did have a darker roast which wasn't bitter. Egg bites and sausage egg muffin hit the spot.

Exterior looks dated, especially the drive thru. Out of the 5 Starbucks around me, this one supercedes others with their service. People are top notch. I rarely find this one too busy.

My go to spot. Awesome crew, great coffee.

Listen. I left my card at home but didn't Realize until I couldn't get out of drive thru. She was so sweet and let me order a drink anyways. I was no expecting anything. I was so thankful. ♡♡

I just left and I was very impressed with everyone on the staff this morning, but stephanie, who took my order, was so nice and welcoming. I will go out of my way to visit this location.

I want take a minute for a shout out to the manager of the E.North St location, Greenville. Some unexpected problems with the coffee machine did not cause her to miss a beat. This woman (didn't get her name) was accommodating, informative and composed while trying to serve guests as best as she could. We waited a few extra minutes and she was able to provide us with a delicious hot pour-over. Her attitude was impressive and we will be back!! DM take note 👏👏

Working in the area I visit this location daily, sometimes up to 3 times a day. I usually get a venti ice coffee with no classic sweetener and 2 packs spenda along with a cheese danish. I like that they expect me and notice when Im not able to make it. Everyone I know knows that I cant function without my starbucks fix. So starbucks giftcards are always a win for me. Thanks for helping me survive my day.

This store is wonderful. Every time I’ve been, it’s been a positive experience. All the baristas are nice and one even remembered me after only having gone like twice. Also, they are very efficient and usually you only end up waiting for at most 5 minutes to order, wait, pay, and get your drinks & food. Really great service and I definitely recommend!

Stopped by for a coffee and went to drive through. William was very polite and have an absolutely great positive attitude. Great customer service this guy deserves some recognition made my day a lot better.

Even though the place was super busy and the drive thru line was backed up like crazy, Danica was super pleasant. She took the time to greet every guest, even having short conversations with her “regulars” yet still kept the line moving smoothly. Made the start to my day so nice!

Chloe made a good recommendation on a certain frappachino and I would recommend her. She treated me fabulously and was really kind. She deserves a raise.

I never go to Starbucks , but had an old gift card & decided to do brunch. I ordered a sausage cheese sandwich in which they were out of , which is fine , so then ordered smoked Gouda & Bacon (?) on a croissant bun. It was Excellent!!! So good! Will definitely be back for it again!!!!
