I had a great experience at this store. Despite closing time, Alex graciously stayed an extra 30 minutes to help me print my papers, which took nearly two hours. His dedication to customer service went above and beyond, ensuring I left satisfied. I highly recommend Alex and this store for their outstanding service and commitment to their customers.

May I say that Jodi is an extraordinary team member at this Office Depot location. Every time I come in she is so inviting and ready to help me get set for the day. She has gone above and beyond for my experience multiple times, always ensuring that I leave feeling accomplished with my mission. She has great composure and always finds ways to make my shopping easier. I recently ordered a large office chair. She went out of her way to help me use a provided discount for that purchase. When going to pick up the chair, another associate Adam went out of his way to help load the chair into my car. This young man went above and beyond for me trying to get it to fit into my car, but unfortunately we couldn’t make it fit so the team suggested they hold it until I am able to return with a larger vehicle. I very much wanted to tip these two, but they had integrity and said they could not accept. I hope that this survey helps repay them for the kindness they provide me during my shopping visits.
I enjoy the selection of office furniture and chairs at Office Depot. Typically I expect to pay a hardy price for nice office furniture, but Office Depot provides a great selection at a fair price. I think the quality is also good for the price, I can be confident that the furniture is going to last for many years and not be easily broken or separated when moving from household to household for work moves. Definitely my go to spot for ink cartridges, paper, etc. they are also awesome because they provide a military discount.

I found what I needed quickly and was checked out quickly. Love this store!

Office depot is a very nice place to go if you have anything to do. Like printing, photo copies and things to buy for your computer and copy machine.

Fully stocked. Self serve copy service. Plenty of inventory! Shop in person and keep our brick and mortar stores alive.

This location is awesome! I ship a lot of sporting goods and I work long hours, so I can never make it to usps. Office depot has made it so easy to ship items after a long day at work. The staff is very helpful and accommodating!

They really took care of me. Regina price matched an item then told me I could get a discount on a piece of luggage if I became a rewards member. Great savings. Great day.

Cierra in the print center is amazing! I had a schedule change for a meeting and she was able to expedite all the materials for my presentation on really short notice. Grateful for her going above and beyond!

I have been looking for a really high quality office chair for several years and have purchased over 7 in the past couple of years. Needless to say they did not meet the need. Office Depot Carrie’s an excellent variety of office and gaming chairs. The Serta high back office chair is perfect, rated to be comfortable for 8 plus hours, it is. This is the last chair I will be purchasing. Plus it has an outstanding warranty

One stop shop for all the office supplies, and school stationery. Usually I find deals during back to school season. Photo prints are cheaper when compared to any other competitor. I definitely recommend Office Depot!

Went to return an item tonight and was helped by Jodi. She was very professional, accommodating and her customer service skills were amazing. It's so nice to see that people still care about their customers. Shout out to the young lady who helped retrieved my product as well, sorry I didn't catch her name.

Amazing store and more importantly - great employees

I went into the store having purchased my printer online. Upon arrival, my phone accidentally popped out of my pockets and fell to the ground near the checkout area.

I continued to pick up my item and headed back to the car for loading. I was absolutely unaware at this point that my phone was not with me.

After finishing up loading, I saw an employee run to hand over my phone explaining that she probably thought it was mine based on an earlier interaction in the store.

Having exchanged appreciation, I felt very good about my experience knowing that the world is still full of good people and intent

I came to store looking for a specific printer and ask a person to find it. They found it and got other items I needed and brought them to the front of store for me. Very helpful.

I had ordered a laptop from a manufacturer on Jan.. 11th. Originally, the arrival date was Feb. 14, 2022. When I checked on the progress of the order, I found that they hadn't even started building the laptop and had changed the delivery date to March 14th. I canceled that order. I found a great laptop on sale and in stock at Office Depot. I was able to pick it up a few hours later.

Office Depot is the best place to buy office supplies for my home office. They have great customer service and great sales.

Sherrie went above and beyond with helping me to purchase a new computer. She helped with Tech Service Bundle options and discounts as a rewards member.
