Dillard's

After trying on clothes and walking around for awhile, I walked into Kelly's department. She was a true professional. She brought me a few things to try on and confirmed the price of my merchandise before checkout. She will be my "go to" when shopping for clothes.

I then went into shoes and April stepped right up to help. If my selection was out of my size, she brought me different options to try on and made recommendations. She was terrific!

When shopping... look for Kelly and April at the Bee Cave Dillards. I was grateful for their help. Made my last minute shopping for business trip bearable. Thanks ladies 🤗

Kelly (fabulously stylish woman who works upstairs in the women’s section) is an absolute god send. I came in at 7:30 pm and grabbed like 8 dresses. Tried them all on and by 7:43 I was frustrated and empty handed. They closed at 8 and Kelly asked what I was looking for. What I liked. What I hadn’t liked about the ones I tried on. Then she suggested 6 options and sent me to the dressing room at 7:51 pm. I left with two solid options and she got me checked out at exactly 8:00 pm.

I had help from a lady in the clothing department that spoke Ukrainian I think her name was tamara and she was so sweet and great. I loved her service and made me feel so welcomed. I then had help with a lady who sold me Versace perfume. Absolutely funny lady and definitely knew what she was talking about.

It was very pleasant , I went to buy my second suit for work . A man name Sam help me both times. He was very knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of got what I needed. He works at the Lakeline Mall Dillards . I went back to Dillards just to have him help me again. Do I need to hire more employees like him? Great store.

Very pretty store. The store has gorgeous merchandise that is displayed beautifully. It took me back to Marshall Field's in Chicago, (my all time favorite store).

This is my favorite Dillard's in Austin! There is always an associate to help you, whatever department you are in, and many of them have been long time employees and call us by name. It's always so clean and welcoming, the parking set up at this Galleria is convenient too, lots of entrances to the outside, and a convenient walk space to other shops. Great James Avery selection, and a cosmetics department with knowledgeable staff. I love this location!

Came in looking for a nice leopard print jacket that my mom really loved the last time we came in. Come to find they’re all sold out. Me and my brother go up to a sales associate with cool designs in his hair, he says they’re all sold out. We go looking for something else, kind of bummed, and 10 minutes later that same sales associate came running up to us- he’d been looking for another of that sold out jacket and finally found one! My mom was extremely excited, and it really made our Christmas brighter! Thank you to him for searching for that jacket for us :)

Good selection but my favorite part is no employee comes up and bothers me asking if I need help. They just let me do it my self. Dressing rooms kinda messy but I mean that make sense bc the annoying employees who ask if I’m ok probably usually clean it up. Great store

I made an appointment with Kimberly from the edge beauty today,I asked her to do what she thought would look best on me and the results were amazing. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there; it was quick too!! She was very professional, clean and kind. I really enjoyed going and I would definitely go back again.

Raine, who works at the Chanel counter, was phenomenal! She was friendly, knowledgeable, relatable and engaging. I simply stopped to ask a question and ended up spending 10 minutes chatting with her and bought two makeup cases! She made my experience at Dillard’s unforgettable and I walked out of the store with a smile that lasted the day!

Joy always takes great care of me. Sends me messages when there’s any sales or events happening. Very knowledgeable about both Chanel and Dior. I always look forward to shopping with her.

We came into Dillard’s today (Friday) to get shoes for the bride for her wedding tomorrow. We couldn’t find the right size so went looking at other things in the store. Several minutes later the shoe salesmen, John, found some. They sought us out in the store for her to try on and they worked!!! We were a few minutes away from panic mode and can not be more thrilled. Kudos to John! Great customer service, thank you!!

Really nice lady took time at the very end of her shift to make my fiancé feel beautiful by letting her try on something and telling her how great it matched her. I tear up thinking about it because it made her so happy. Bless you.

So I ran out of my favorite perfume by Yves Saint Laurent and went to Ulta and they had all their perfumes put away. I decided to check out Dillard’s. When I walked in Kim warmly greeted me! She really went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. She literally took her time showing me all the options and even went as far recommending good colognes for my fiancé. She wasn’t pushy and I felt she really took interest in me as a customer! I loved that. I purchased my perfume and got a great deal. I will definitely be coming back soon to get my fiancé that cologne. Thanks Kim! Keep up the great service. We need more of this! -Dorian
