Was 1st time to actually going in, and I found a nice shirt and best jeans

EVERYTIME I come the experience makes my day better! The customer service here is outstanding!!! Most departments stores lack in customer service and a customer can feel like a burden asking for things, but this store is amazing. The staff is great. I always feel appreciated and happy when leaving, keep up the great work!!

The store is pretty large and has a great men's selection! I was extremely happy with the pricing of a lot of their clothes. I was able to get 4 outerwear pieces for about $70. The actual layout of the men's section is organized and easy to browse through!

Cashiers are always super pleasant. Loyalty rewards program. Great prices in children's apparel. Perfect for holiday shopping and back to school. Hours of operation ate oddly short.

There was a technical issue with your website, preventing your folks or me from access, so need to call your 1.855 # tomorrow. Orlando and the young woman who checked us out (name not on receipt), are just truly fine reps for your company. Yes, well be back.

Nice shopping experience.

Great clothing for teenagers and older. They also have small sizes.

I love this H&M, wish it was closer to the rest of Austin. Has clothes for older boys all the way to 20 size range(14+ H&M size) unlike the one at the Domain which only has sizes for little kids. Also seems to have more sales (clearance) sections.

The H&M store in the Hill Country Galleria outdoor mall is an excellent location both for customer service and products that H&M is well known for in the fashion industry.

The store is conveniently located just off Hwy 71 in Bee Cave, Texas with ample free and accessible parking adjacent to the store.

My daughter only shops here and online. Staff is helpful and respectful. Have been shopping at this store for over 4 years. About time for my review :)
