Einstein Bros. Bagels

They have great bagels and cream cheese especially strawberry is delicious. I think that the coffee they make is better than that of most places in town. They also have specialty bagels. Try out the apple bagel if you visit. They open earlier than Panera, but they close earlier than them...so depending on your schedule could be more convenient early.

Mine and my husbands first times in Texas! From Alabama. Loved the service and the very clean dining room. Everyone working together. Very sweet girl at the front! Order was done very quick and very delicious! First time customer and now I will recommend to friends too! I want to apologize to staff for not wearing a mask! We have been vaccinated tho!!!! 😂 thank you!!!!

Janelle and her team are fabulous! I’m always welcome to the store with a smile My orders are always made with care abd done quickly! Highly recommend this location! And I’ve been to a lot of Einsteins all over the Austin area☺

We ordered from them for a work event over the weekend. They delivered early, and left everything ready to go. The food and coffee were delicious! I didn't even know they had cookies but they were amazing. All in all, great service and great food. Would definitely order from them again!

Pretty good bagels shop! So many to choose from!! The staff is really friendly. Restaurant is clean, large enough for morning crowd. Plenty parking.

Me and my husband are from Indiana and we are planning on moving down here and have been trying new things and this is one of the best places that we have tried so far. The lady's that help us was so nice and even helped us find the right bagel for us. Love the first impression I got from here. I will definitely be writing good things about this place. The absolute best Einsteins location in town! Everything is fresh, never burnt and the muffins are always super delicious. Janelle takes really good care of me everytime I come in. 😊

The place wasnt busy, I went off hours on a weekday, staff was great l, sandwich was done and delicious and fast

I am genuinely surprised it took me this long to write a review. The employees at this location are incredible people and deserve all the raises. There is no other place I can go and know that I will be welcomed with a huge smile and giving the best service in town. Seriously if I could find a way to contact the CEO of Einstein bagels I would just to tell him how Great the people in this location are.

I always order from the app ahead of time and I have never had an issue. Love the service here and the staff is ALWAYS friendly.

Their bakers dozen deal and the ALL NIGHTER keeps me coming back.

The bagels taste absolutely amazing here for the price you pay. I accidentally received two extra bagels with my order, and got refunded and was able to keep both bagels. Janelle helped me very well with my issue. My favorite breakfast spot has been chosen ❤

Lovely place. Many different options. Friendly staff.
I lived in NY for 11 years and was looking forward to finding a bagel place in Austin.
While the bagel tasted a little lighter than a traditional one, it was still good.
We'll should be back.
It would be nice to have soy lattes available.

Update on April 15, 2022: I added an extra star for Enelda (sorry if spelling is wrong) going out of her way to make me an extra foamy cappuccino today! She said her first didn't come out as good. I do appreciate great customer service! Thank you!

Very well run, clean and friendly. Great food too. My wife and I really like this place. She says they have a great bagel and she would know as she is from New York & the bagels there are legendary.

The food is always fresh and delicious and I find that the iced coffee is some of the best I have had. I gave four stars due to the pricing and the fact that the staff often get my order slightly wrong!

The food is great, the prices are reasonable and there are some nice options. I wish they would bring back some of the menu items they got rid of but I won't bother putting that into the review for this individual location it's a corporate thing.
I would recommend this location. The parking is pretty do-able most of the time, even during busy hours!
My only suggestion would be for them to go back to closing at 4, because the 3pm cutoff is so hard to make!

Fast quality service. Relaxing atmosphere. Exceptional presentation of my bacon & egg bagel. Ernie really works hard to assist if there's any confusion with the other staff. I found the counter coffee a on the weak side but I drink motor oil on the regular. Laura does a nice job making the bagels. A+
