Lydia(manager) is awesome☺☺ Great management!! She makes sure everyone and everything is taken care of. She doesn't ignore anyone or anything. Her store is in great shape and in good hands. 👍🏼, I also wanna give a shout out to the staff, keep rocking. 👏🏼

I was very surprised to read the negative reviews. All I can say is there must have been a change in staff over the last two years, because the current pharmacy staff has been amazing to our family. Both my husband and daughter have had numerous, and I mean numerous, prescriptions filled over this past year. I have always been waited on promptly and courteously and the prescriptions have been filled correctly and quickly. The staff never fails to serve with a smile and make me feel as though our family was as important to them as their own. We live a block from another pharmacy and I could easily walk over for our prescriptions. I choose to get in the car and drive the 10 minutes to THIS CVS, we feel that strongly about their outstanding service.

Sara was absolutely fantastic. I had been trying to print photos for the last 2 days elsewhere with no success. I went in to CVS and Sarah completely turned my night around. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get what I needed done and she had a smile on her face the whole time. She was very knowledgeable and helped me try out several different methods when my phone was not cooperating. Thanks so much, you have made a returning customer!

Pharmacy staff & pharmacist service is prompt. My only reservation is vaccinations, where the pharmacist on duty injected too high up on the biceps, very close to the shoulder joint, for both flu & pneumonia, resulting in two sore arms for multiple days.

I've been using this CVS pharmacy for about 3 years now. I find all of the staff very helpful and friendly. They are also quick and accurate.

Professional is the operative word when you talk about CVS Pharmacy.
Glad the military switched over from Walgreens.

Friendly helpful staff and never have issues getting my prescriptions

The staff, pharmacists and techs are excellent. They listen, take their time to explain, and will do all they are able to help their patients and families. However, they are chronically understaffed, causing delays in filling prescriptions, and long waits to pickup prescriptions. It is my hope they hire more staff or make better decisions in assigning staff to shifts. Waited on hold for over an hour before I gave up and drove 45min to the pharmacy

I had a Covid tests and was given the test kit and told to drive through to let others in. I opened the kit and there were NO instructions. I had to walk back to ask how does this long swab go on this small tube? Was told oh you break off? I had to look at the swab really hard and saw it was at the bottom. Then I walked the kit back and opened the specimen box. Drive off and wondered if it was going to sit in the hot atmosphere and tamper with results. Made a call to Erika store manager who said they add ice every hour to the box. Ok we’ll see how that goes.

This CVS is weird but their pharmacy is fine.
